Where had all the other apprentices gone? Kestrelpaw wondered what she had missed, because for once, the den was empty, silent, still...
Had they gone to do something? Or were they supposed to be somewhere? Oh CloudClan, what if they were supposed to go do something? Now she'd never be a warrior.
What was that? She turned at a slight rustle. "Is anybody there?"

Foreststep had decided to visit the apprentices den maybe to see Kestrelpaw or Silverpaw.He purred "Hi Kestrelpaw,its only me"He was standing in the apprentices den entrance

Kestrelpaw sighed in relief. "Good. I was just remembering a scary story I told in the nursery one and it terrified me." Then she realized it was Foreststep. Foreststep! She exclaimed, "What are you doing here? It's great to see you again!"

I walked back into the apprintices den after a long day on hunting duty. I saw Foreststep and jumped back a little. "Foreststep, what are you doing here? I thought you.... what?" I was confused. Why was a warrior in th apprentice den? I sat in my nest, looking at her, confused.

Silverpaw saw her best fried Kestrelwing talking to her friend, Forestep. She padde up to them. "Hi guys!", she said with a smile. "What are you talking about?", she mouthed other a warm smile.
