[Private, for Redpaw only please. ^.<]
Bright blue optics flickered through the den, singling out random cats. Mosspaw had started her training with Ferntail, but already she was bored. She lay idly in her nest, until her clear gaze met that of an older apprentice. Might as well do something. Somewhat reluctantly Mosspaw got to her paws and padded over to the apprentice, giving him the best smile she could offer at the moment. "Hi. I'm Mosspaw; who're you?" the she-cat purred, ear flicking in greeting.

"I'm your lazy good-for-nothing older brother." said Redpaw, rolling over in his nest. He could smell Littlepool on her like a ignorant new apprentice picking catnip, which he may tell you, was all his, "And youuuu, sis, just disturbed my nap." His eyes would have flicked dangerously right then, he, unfortunately, wasn't in the mood. His tail dangled off the side of his nest, and sighing, he carefully removed himself from his nest, and regarded her with slow impudence. His speckled, forest green eyes seemed to meet her crystalline blue ones, and it seemed impossible to even think that she was sister. "The name's Redpaw." He told her flatly.

I'm your lazy good-for-nothing older brother. Mosspaw raised an 'eyebrow,' but her posture remained friendly. "Well said." the young she-cat purred with a hint of amusement. She soaked in his features, blue eyes sweeping over him. He was far too large for an apprentice; probably another cat who lacked a decent enough mentor. "Looks to me you'll have plenty of time for catnapping later." True, Mosspaw could be classy and fussy, a lady of high standards. Her clear orbs twinkled with youthful mischief as she dipped her head. "Nice to meet you, Redpaw.

(Sorry, normally Redpaw doesn't act this way. Not sure what's up with him. XD)
"Maybe, maybe not." He agreed, "But I don't really have anything better to do." He bowed in mock respect, beckoning her to go on about some wild plan that most apprentices came to him with. He watched as his paw flop up and down for his own amusement and out of sheer boredom, because as he discovered oh-so-long-ago, it had a mind of its own.

[He's high on catnip. xD]
"I'm not the only one waking other cats" Mosspaw began, "I had to lie in my nest listening to your dreadful snoring" the sleek she-cat purred playfully. She watched in surprise as he began to flop his paw up and down. "Well, anything's better than doing that." Mosspaw retorted. "C'mon." she proceeded to lead her brother toward an empty corner of the den, and tucked her paws under her chest as she lay down. "How come you're stuck in the apprentices' den? If you get any bigger, you won't fit in any of the nests."

[Yes. Probably. Maybe he's trying to quit and he's very grumpy. XD]
I don't snore! The russet brown tom thought indignantly, then reconsidered her accusation, Wait.... Great CloudClan! Maybe I do. "Well you get what you deserve." He retorted pompously.
He sighed, in some ways knowing she was right. His long tail bobbing gently after him, he followed his sister, ducking under the loose brambles until she stopped. But he wasn't a prissy she-cat like she was, so instead of neatly tucking her paws under her chest, he flopped over in a collapsed motion, and yawned. "Well I shouldn't be here much longer, just need to get my mouse-brained ceremony."

Mosspaw scoffed, tail flicking in mock annoyance. She simply nodded as Redpaw mentioned his late ceremony. Cerulean blue eyes examined the tom, and narrowed with disapproval as he carelessly threw himself to the ground. However Mosspaw couldn't help but feel comforted while he was around. As of now he was the only kin she was aware of, and Littlepool had too many new kits to take any notice of the fast growing she-cat. "I hope so. I don't know how I can bear a fat, lazy, ignorant cat like you for so long."

"You've managed." Redpaw returned nonchalantly. Like most of the clan, he actually wasn't fat, more lean, muscular and lacked flab. "Besides, it's harder for me you know." He didn't bother to explain, but rather pretended he had a reason. Oh CloudClan, she was far quite interesting. But like, all new(ish) apprentices, it made her fun to talk to, unlike the older apprentices who pretty much had enough and wanted out. He yawned and lay on his stomach, and propped his head upon his paws, "So, how is the terrifying process of apprenticeship going?"

Mosspaw wrapped her thick fox-like tail around her small, lean-muscled body. "Terrifying?" questioned the she-cat. "It's okay. I'm being trained often, and I'm just thankful for that." Her mind slipped back to Ferntail, her sister and mentor.

Redpaw had to think for a minute until he remembered, "Uhhh, Shredthorn....." He nearly asked her who her mentor was, then remembered it was Ferntail, when he saw them at the ceremonies.

Mosspaw nodded. "Mine's Ferntail" she meowed simply, despite the fact that Redpaw probably would have known. "So, what would you like to be named?" She flicked her tail, clear cerulean blue orbs fixed on the well grown tom. Muse level: at the bottom of the Pacific

She shrugged lightly, eyes dulled with thought. "Redfur's all I can thing of" replied the she-cat, nodding at her brother's pelt. "Redwing maybe, or Redfall. I'd like to be Mossfur, but all the naming's up to Beechstar."
