Fangpaw rolled over, onto his stomach. Hey, Thunderpaw? Just to let you know, if you want, you can turn to me for a talk. He said, reassuringly and gave a small smile even though she wasn't facing him. Fangpaw didn't want her to feel solitary.

Thunderpaw hated being alone, she hated the though that she would be alone all her life. Cats enter her life and leave her in the shadows. Jaypaw was her first friend and he always was able to make her smile no matter the mood. Pinepaw was always by her side, or she was by his and it felt safe there. Now, they were gone leaving her with no one to help her smile and no one's side to feel safe around. Thunderpaw was alone and she hated to say it. Her eyes grew wide when she heard Fangpaw's words. Slowly, she turned her head and then her body to face him. Reaching out her paw to him she smiled warmly, "Do you mean it? You won't leave me?"

He smiled back at her as her paw reached towards him. I promise I won't leave you. I really do mean what I am saying. Fangpaw said with a smile still on his face. You are a great cat, and I mean that too. He said.

Thunderpaw smiled at Fangpaw, maybe she had found someone who would help her along. Was she alone now? The she-cat wiggled closer to him and then closed her eyes. A warm gentle smile was upon her muzzle, "Thank you Fangpaw. Now you better keep your promise." Opening her eyes a little she looked into the tom's eyes and prayed to Cloudclan that he would be the one to stay and never leave.

He flashed a smile as she got closer . You're very welcome, and you can bet I will keep this promise. I will keep this promise forever. Fangpaw thought happily as they looked into each other's eyes.

Looking away from Fangpaw and back to the sky, her eyes grew wide. As she looked a shooting star went by, "Fangpaw a shooting star!" After that one had passed another took it's place. The sight was rather magical. It was so lovely, more then the stars that stood still and never seemed to move no matter how long you stared. Was this a sign that Cloudclan heard Thunderpaw's pray or was it just lucky timing?

Fangpaw had never seen a shooting star, and his eyes sparkled with happiness. He looked over at her then back at the stars. It's amazing Thunderpaw. Fangpaw said, and smiled at her.

Thunderpaw looked at Fangpaw and saw the excitement clearly painted on his gray face. The she-cat could not help but laugh with happiness, she had finally found another friend that she could be with. She had someone to look to once more and she loved it so much. Then looking back to the night sky she noticed a figure in the sky. "Hey look, it's a star bunny," the she-cat pointed her brown paw and white toes towards the bunny. This reminded her of a game that she played when she was a kit in the nursery. Turning to look at Fangpaw she smiled, "Want to play a game?"

Fangpaw smiled and nodded. I can see it there, and what kind of game? He asked. I'm guessing it deals with the stars? Fangpaw added as he looked up at the bunny with a tilt of his head. I like bunnies. He thought.

"Yup! It was a game me and my old friend Featherkit came up with. To see who could find the most animals made of stars. It was lots of fun when I was a kit and it has been such a long time since I have played it. So what do you say?" Thunderpaw turned to look at Fangpaw with a bright happy smile upon her face. She hoped that the tom would agree, it would be lots of fun to play with Fangpaw, well that's what Thunderpaw thought to herself.

Fangpaw nodded. I would like to give it a go. He said with a smile, and started looking around the starry night sky for an animal.

Thunderpaw giggled with joy as he agreed to play. The she-cat then began to search the sky for patterns in the stars. Her green eyes searching and connecting the stars trying to find a clear creator. Her eyes grew wide and sparkled as she found something. "I found a two-legs!," Thunderpaw pointed to it to show Fangpaw what she saw.

Fangpaw looked at it and nodded. Yep, that's a two-legs alright. He said, agreeing to the find and looked around for a find of his own. The tom saw something that looked like a fluffy tail, then looked to see what was attached. Squirrel! He pointed with his paw. I see a squirrel right there, you see it, with the fluffy tail? Fangpaw asked.

Thunderpaw turned her head and followed his paw. It took her a few seconds, but she was able to find what Fangpaw saw. Licking her lips with her pink sandpaper tongue, Thunderpaw smiled, "Thatsquirrel looks so tasty!" The she-cat gave giggle and once again picked up on her search for more figures in the stars. A grumpy face of a cat like figure was the next things for her to find. "I see an elder," Thunderpaw pointed.

Fangpaw nodded about the squirrel, and looked at the elder. He nearly laughed as he thought of somebody that reminded him of. Yeah, it was rude. But I'm sure his brother wouldn't mind. Hmm... That wouldn't be an elder I'd like a story from. He joked and looked around for something else.

Hmm... What was there? He tilted his head as he looked up at the sky. It looked like a fish of some sort. Hey, I think I see a fish. Fangpaw said.
