She dropped her bundle on top, glancing at her old nest. "I'll just drag this outside so we can start a new one." Maplefrost grabbed the nest between her teeth, carefully bringing it out of the den.

"CloudClan knows this old thing's been around for too long," she muttered, dragging the nest outside. She padded over toward the dirtplace, clawing it apart there and spreading the scraps around where they'd be no trouble to anyone. She then trotted back to the den.

"Yep. I guess we can start making the frame first." She grabbed a strand of bracken, weaving it into an oval on the ground.

Soon the nest was taking shape. She continued to weave in bracken, making it sturdier.
