Emberstep yowled in surprise as he bit into her scruff, and, with some effort, she tugged herself free, leaving behind some long, dark ginger hairs in the process. She staggered slightly, weakening, but then stood upright. She bared her teeth at the other cat, fur bristling with fury.

i spent my life trying to rebuild treeclan then seeing get torn apart.........it is too much. there is nothing good this battle will bring.
