So a question I want to ask is 'How do you get moving avatars?'
I know when it's a pic it is [imgg] but what is it for a moving one?

A moving avatar is called a gif. You can search them on Google Images. For example, cat gif, and then choose the one you want. Then edit your profile, and put the url of the gif you've selected where it is an option. Voila. c:
