Sweetpaw padded into her new den with a wad of moss in her jaws. She had recently had a ceremony and became an apprentice. The moss was for nest she would have in the apprentices' den. At the far corner of the den was an open spot and the cream she-cat leaped over the nests and placed her moss there. She weaved it together and sat down. It was soft and made her dozy. She jolted up and went outside the den determined not to sleep on her first apprentice day.

 Dawnpaw had made her nest already. She was sitting outside the den gloomily, she didnt know where her mentor was, she hadnt seen much anybody she knew here, and worse of all her treasures were left in that little hole in the nursery. Some other kit would find it and mistreat her prizes terribly, and then they wouldbe they queen of the nursery! It should of been Dawnpaw. She wondered if there was aany way she could sneak inside the nursery. She saw a cat go out of the den and walked over "Hello"She meowed.

Sweetpaw turned around hearing a familiar voice. "Hello Dawnkit! I mean Dawnpaw!" She greeted going back onto the apprentices' den.

Dawnpaw smiled a little 'Hi Leafpaw'She chirped, she hadnt chirped in a while and it felt good to be like a little birdy.

Dawnpaw flicked her ears "Thats nice"She hadnt seen Stormshadow after her cermony yet but she did know him from when she was a kit. She satrted dozing off again in one her longggg train of thoughts but then she perked up, shaking away the thoughts.
