Vaporcloud sat in the warriors den and looked around. This place is quiet... Too quiet... She thought with a sigh. She had not spoken to anyone in ages except her apprentices. So as she waited for someone to walk into the den, she laid down quietly and began to stare in front of her.

Tabbykit walked in. She hadn't heard a story in ages. Looking at Vaporcloud, she looked up, and asked, "Will you tell me a story?"

(Thx) Tabbykit made her eyes into puppydog eyes. She got into her cutest position and mewed, "Pleeeaaassseee?" (Now let's wait)

Vaporcloud looked down at the young kits and gave a look of surprise. "My word, children. You say you would like to hear a story? I'm afraid I don't know too many but I can think of one. Unless you have an idea of what you would like to hear; I know some stories." She said with a twitch of her whiskers.

Cheetahfur was back from a hunting patrol and as she entered the warriors den, she leapt back in surprise.
"Having fun with the kits, eh, Vaporcloud?" she purred, padding over to her side.

Vaporcloud gave a nod toward the little kit and turned to face Tabbykit. "Would that be alright with you? To hear a story about a battle?
She smiled toward her former apprentice. "Why of course, Cheetahfur. I was just about to tell a story about a battle; you want to join?" Vaporcloud asked her.

Tabbykit thought. It was true she didn't like battle, but it would be fine if it meant she could hear a story. "Yes! Thanks, Vaporcloud!" she mewed.
