The dark grey silver and black tabby padded from camp to check out the territory. Seeing as this will be his new home. He frowned thoughtfully as his orange amber eyes took on every detail with hawk eyes. He padded over to the river and peered in at the depths of the water. Then at his reflection. Chuckling he pulled away and bounded up onto a rock nearby to look up at the sky.

Iris was sitting by the river in the sunshine, resting her mind. She blinked, noticing someone near her running around, looking at his reflection. She blinked her dark blue eyes at him, then slowly sat up. "Excuse me, sir? What are you doing?" she asked, flicking her tail gently against the fresh spring grass.

He flinched and his head snapped over to look at her. Firey amber eyes stared at her. There was silence as he gave her a small almost unseen smile. "I'm not Intruding on anyone's territory am I?" He cocked his was to the side studying her. "I'm merely sightseeing."

Galaxy flattened his ears to block out the deafening noise of the rushing river. Things weren't going well for him. Deathclan seemed thriving with newcomers, padding around in his territory. Useless wanderers that played and didn't understand the true meaning of Deathclan, the glory of victory. They acted mean and tough, but inside, they probably weren't too smart. He hated those younglings, and if Drought wasn't here, he'd teach them a lesson they wouldn't forget. Galaxy emerged from the lush vegetation to find two youngling standing dumbly at the river side, as if stranded. Typical idiots, polluting Deathclan. "Another one?" he groaned, letting out his exasperation.

"Not at all. I'm sort of new to Deathclan, forgive me for my intrusion." Iris said, as another cat walked over. He looked much older than her, and this other cat. Right away, she could tell he was more harsh and well, a typical Deathclanner.
"Excuse me?" she said, narrowing her dark blue eyes at the tom. Iris knew she wasn't as typical Deathclan cat, her overly-polite speech, as well as her tendency to be more interested in eavesdropping and observing. She had joined Deathclan because they were the strongest. She wanted to be strong, too.

His amber eyes snapped to the older tom. Coking his head. "I'd have thought more deathclanners would be welcomed." Rebellion commented eying the tom.

(This is not normal cat. You can't just read minds. The phrase 'another one' can be anything) Galaxy twitched his whiskers disapprovingly. Such impolite younglings. Anything someone says, they had to shoot something back, deny it. There were ranks in Deathclan, and everyone know you had to treat and older cat with more respect. Galaxy turned his head, running icy blue his gaze over the two younglings. "We are not one cat, kit. Drought may have accepted you, but that doesn't mean others will like you." The silver-gray tom paced in front of them, waiting for their reaction. "Besides, you have to earn your respect, not expect to get it. Otherwise, don't talk so boldly to others." The blue one seemed especially bold, as if she wanted to stir up trouble.

He shot the older tom a look. "I understand where you are coming from. But you just contradicted yourself. You were quite impolite yourself. You earn respect." He quoted him. "If you expect us to respect you perhaps you should respect others in turn. You cant just expect others to outright respect you upon meeting someone. its just not how it works. and SOME cats have different personality that takes it harder to respect someone if you catch my meaning. Besides I'm 6 moons old. Perhaps young to you but I'm no kit!" He flicked his tail cooly.

Galaxy sat down, abandoning his hopeless task of educating youngsters. "Your quite the feisty one." he meowed cooly, "What's your name?"

He raised his head. "Rebellion." He replied.

"Rebellion, eh?" The name seemed to fit the dark tabby. He certainly liked to talk back and retaliate. I might prove useful in battle, when he fights adversaries. "A fine name. Tell me, what brought you here, to Deathclan?" Galaxy asked, curling his tail over his paws. His features seemed to be relaxed, calm. But inside him, he was always planning, thinking, coming up with ideas on how to survive another day. Deathclan was not for the weak. He had seen what happened to them before.

He frowned thinking. "We'll. nothing too special to be honest. I've been a rogue all my life. The life of a rogue is hard and it makes you grow up fast at a young age. I guess I was so used to my rough road life that when I heard of Deathclan it just seemed to fit for me. It's the only life I've known so why not join?" He shrugged.

(Hey we're both online) Galaxy looked at Rebellion with renewed interest. The tom seemed not to mind being in Deathclan, which might make his life harder in some places. "Really? Why not move to those puny clans, then?"

His frown deepened. "Why would I? They wouldn't understand. Besides, I don't fit anywhere in there." He shook his head. "Like I said. I'm used to a rogues life. To me Deathclan is like a rogues life. It's hard and it's tough. You work to survive in everyday you can not just in the wild as a evil group but also surviving each other in a way I guess. It's complicated. Survival is Even if it means attacking others." He replied flexing his claws absentmindedly.

Galaxy nodded in agreement. "Deathclan is different from the clan in that way." he meowed. "While those so-called warriors hunt for each other and share tongues," at this he shuddered in disgust, "Deathclan is more independant. You still hunt and patrol by yourself, but you can team up with other Deathclanners and fight battles." he paused, then continued, "It is more complicated than being just a loner, and there is a better chance of survival, all while being self-sufficient." He stopped and looked at Rebellion. "That's why I like Deathclan."
