Luna darted away, but in a light jog, so they could keep the same pace.

Luna's eyes were already keen on the light ahead. She kept walking, her patched mouth dryer than ever. The scent of fresh water filled her nostrils, telling her that she was almost there. She burst out of the cattails, flicking her tail when her eyes rested on the small stream. The mist from the small waterfall flossed over her, and Luna raced to the edge of it. Luna looked back at Venus, before leaping into the water that was shoulder high, on the tall shecat. She lapped at the water, wetting her parched body.

Venus padded after her as she watched her jump into the water. Venus sat at the edge as she lapped up the cool liquid which refreshed her. When she was done she looked up watching Luna for a while. Then she dipped her paw into the water but she dared not go into the water she want really in the mood for a late night swim.

When Luna finnially crawled out of the chilling water, she padded some distance before shaking off, spraying water everywhere. The moon was already out, casting its eerie light on the ground. "This is my den, back here. We could get some food then rest." Luna meowed, glaring into a hidden cavern behind the lightly thundering waterfall.

"Oh what a nice spot." She commented as looked around. She padded a few ways away as she picked up a scent. It was plump mouse scuffling at the ground, she leaped forward as she killed it swiftly with a bite to it's neck. She picked it up and she carried back. "I got mine how about you?" She asked through with a muffled vice

Nice catch! I have prey in there, but its stale. Go ahead and take a nest, I will be in soon." Luna finished before deserting the spot in search of prey. Almost instantly, Luna cought a squirrel off guard, and she instinctively slipped into a hunters crouch, sliding forward delicately before pouncing, catching the squirrel and snapping its spine easily. She then padded back to the cave, settling in her nest.

"Ok then, and thanx." She meowed as she slipped into her den. She looked around in amassment it was a pretty big den. She looked for a nest as she padded toward the father back Conner. She plopped down getting comfortable as she set down her mouse. She looked up as she watched Luna slipped in with a squirrel. "Nice catch Luna." She meowed as she took a bite of her mouse

Luna nodded her thanks, plopping her plump squirrel down. The thundering of the waterfall was muffled by the thick wall of bramble and thorn tendrils that blocked her den from intruders. Luna took a bite of her squirrel, chewing slowly. Her gaze was fixed on something in the distance, making her cringe with discust. She then meowed: "it's a treat living here."

"Yeah I can tell." She meowed with a slight smile looking around. As she finished off her mouse she stood up and began to clean her pelt making it smooth against her skin. "So would you like to do something else?" She asked having nothing else to say

Venus looked up at her as she though about it. "Um....." She began as she stiffened up. She as t a good fighter at all but she'd try it was training anyway. "Sure." She meowed quickly as she stood up to all fours still a little stiff

Luna rolled her hackles, swaying into a crouch, her tail lashing. The manecoon rocked her haunches, then leapt, ramming into her with sheer force. She then lashed out with a large paw, boxing the side of her head. Theses moved were known to cause extreme pain.

Venus yelped as she was instantly rammed and then the side of her head beginning boxed. She quickly slipped away as she made a sharp turn. Turning around she ran forward as she leaped up trying to land on Luna's back.

Luna instantly collapsed from Venus surprise weight. As she struggled beneath the shecat, Luna finnially attempted to stand, trying to knock her off.
