Jesse glanced at Killer's wound. It had stopped bleeding, but by the looks of the swelling, it had become infected. Although it was pretty obvious that the other male needed help, Jesse was a little apprehensive to approach him. They weren't on the best of terms, and Killer's pride might prevent Jesse from even getting close to him. Still, this was what Yechta had trained him to do, and he was going to do his job. He rose from his place next to Timber and shuffled back into the herb storage, rummaging around for more wet moss, marigold, and stinging nettle. He walked over to Killer silently and set down the small pile of plants. He cleaned the blood off of the ash-colored fur with the moss, making sure to be gentle or else Killer might just snap his ears off. Jesse put down the dirty moss and chewed both the marigold and the stinging nettle into a poultice, applying it to the wound and the swollen areas.
Just in time when he was done, Yechta had hauled in another patient. Jesse sighed, muttering, "What is it with you guys and getting into fights? Even I don't get that many scratches." As he was called, Jesse's ears pricked up and the apprentice bounded over. He nodded to Yechta and gestured for her to leave - she had alpha duties to attend to. The grey-and-black lupine looked over Aelith's wounds, seeing that only some of it was still bleeding. Alala's voice sprung up from behind him, and internally, Jesse was glad for the help the omega was offering. "There's some wet moss in the back; I want you to grab them for me and clean the blood off of Aelith. I'll get whatever herbs I need," he said, hurrying off to grab the same herbs he had used for Killer. Ugh, Yechta better be happy that I'm even doing this right.

"Roger that Jesse!" The cheerful white omega did as she was told. Went to the back and grabbed the wet moss. Walking over to Ailith with the moss heavy with water. Settling down, she began to clean up the female wolf. She was sure to be gentle and very tender with her work. She began to show a seriousness. This came from when she helping her pack makes and when she tried her best to protect them, if they ever needed it. Thought Alala always seemed childish and carefree, which she was, she had a side no one really saw. When Alala finished cleaning Ailith, she turned to Jesse once again. "I'm done cleaning Ailith, want me to dispose of the dirty moss?" The omega looked at Jesse with innocent blue eyes that showed that she was trying her best to please her pack mates.

he did not like that Jess had come to him, he had agreed to only be helped when timber was healed. but he did not argue he hated the light sting and sent of the fresh chewed herbs all over his ashy coat. he lightly growled "Don't wast your herbs on me" he then looked over to the new she-wolf who had been brought back with them.
he was glad to see that Jess had left to help the young white femmen. he never did catch her name but now was not the time to ask. he then turned his attation to the white female whom was now cleaning up the place and fetching moss. he dipped his head in thanks as she cleaned the remaing herbs around him. he knew that she was omega but that did not bother him. he then added to jess his thanks.

The little pup looked around with curious eyes . He saw some injured wolves getting treated and decided not to bother them . He padded towards the center and plumped down . Nero was his name , shy as gopher on a winters eve . He hasn't spoken a word for as long as he could possibly remember . He swished his tail to and fro and gave out a little sigh . He saw no other pups around so he decided to have some fun by himself . He walked over to a pair of nice beautiful flowers and plucked one right off . He pretended it was a mouse and got into his hunting position . He shook his little hind quarters playfully and pounced onto its stem playfully .

Jesse picked up the same herbs he had used for Killer, only now he had gotten more to be able to sufficiently treat all of Aeilith's wounds. He trotted back in time to see that Alala had already finished cleaning off the crimson liquid on Aelith's fur. He dipped his head to the omega and grinned at her for a moment. "If you don't mind, go ahead," he told her. Despite the female being an omega, Jesse and apparently the rest of the Amaryllis treated her more nicely than any other normal pack. He turned his head to Killer and nodded his head at the male's reluctant thanks, then turned away to focus on healing Aelith.
Jesse chewed up the marigold first into a poultice, tenderly applying the paste on the wounds. He waved off the bitter taste of the plant, more intent on curing Aelith than the aftertaste that it would certainly leave on his tongue. Then he did the same thing to the stinging nettle, but smeared it on the infected, swollen parts of her injuries. Letting out a breath and looked over the female, Jesse finally covered the injuries with cobwebs. But now, with all the physical treating done, Jesse would have to do the shamanic prayer Yechta had reminded him to do. And the wolves above only knew that Jesse could not remember at that moment.
How hard can it be? God, Jesse, just remember and be done with it! he riled himself. The canine sat down next to Aelith and closed his eyes, breathing in and out calmly. It seemed to have an effect on his memory, as the words of the prayer slowly began to come back to him, piece by piece. Suddenly more confident that he could deliver the words, Jesse murmured the shamanic prayer, and opened his eyes as soon as he was done. Proud of himself, the male wolf grinned and rose to his paws. "Alala, can you get some food and water for Aelith too? I really can't leave the den right now, what with three patients in here." He smiled at the she-wolf, going back to his duties, checking on Timber's lacerations and if the male was still breathing correctly.

Alala started to clean around Ailith, making sure Jesse had a clean space to work on the weak wolf. Once she was done around her, she moved to Timber and cleaned around him and finally finished around Killer. She got sigh of his thank you motion and she gave him a warm sweet smile. She new better than to push his buttons, he wasn't one for cheerful chit-chat.... so she thought. Disposing of the useless dirty herbs, she returned to Jesse as he finished his pray just in time to retrieve new instructions. Taking in her new orders she nodded her head and smiled at the herbal apprentice, "Sure Jesse, I will be back in a bit with food."
The white female felt warm fresh prey would be better for weak wolves so she left camp in search of just that. The first things she collected was yet another hare in which Yechta caught earlier. Alala was a skilled hunter so catching a hare was pups play. Returning to camp with the fresh kill, she returned to the shaman's den and placed it close to Ailith for later. Nodding to everyone, as a greeting for her return, she made her way to a pile of moss she grabbed enough for two wolves and then soaked in the fresh water stream. Carrying the heavy moss in her strong hunter jaws she once again returned to the group. Placing half of the moss next to Timber's hare, she did the same for Ailith.
Looking around and seeing that everything was in check, she smiled with joy. With the great care of Yechta and Jesse these wolves were on their way to a quick recovery. Outside, she noticed a pup playing by himself. As omega it was her job to keep track of pups and make sure they were entertained. Turning to Jesse, she gave him another one of her sweet smiles, "Is there anything else I can do for you Jesse?"

[hell, I'm late XD]
Lagoon padded in, the pack was swelling. The beta trotted in, to see a new wolf, burnt and Killer curled around him. She was puzzled, but pushed it away. She then saw a couple new faces, but padded to Yechta. "How is everything going?" She asked, padding to the friendly she wolf. "And who's he?" She asked, nosing Timber.
She shrugged and gazed back over at Yechta. "Anything needed to get done?" The beta asked, hoping there was something she could do, something she could say, or just overall something!

Now that the commotion in the shaman's den had finally died down, the exhaustion finally caught up with Jesse. The male fell into a sitting position, shoulders slumped and head down. His pale yellow eyes were half-closed, glancing at the three other wolves in the room, but his gaze lingered longer as it passed by Ailith and Timber. He wondered how these three got their wounds, and where they had been, but Jesse couldn't ask - not right now, at least. Shaking his head, the male pawed absently at the ground.
He lifted his head when the sound of paw-steps entered his ears. Jesse smiled thankfully at Alala, watching quietly as the white she-wolf followed his orders of getting the two unconscious wolves something to eat and drink. He didn't tell Alala to give any to Killer because he knew that the beta was still capable of doing that on his own. "Thank you, Alala. Until they wake up, there's nothing else to do," he said. Jesse rolled his shoulders and stood up, gesturing at the female to follow him whilst he padded outside.
The moment the flower-scented tundra air greeted him, Jesse sighed in relief. He saw Lagoon arrive, and Rueff and Yechta busying themselves with whatever tasks they had to do. The only pup that they were harboring, Nero, was playing around with the flowers, and Jesse chuckled in amusement. As he watched the happenings go by, he murmured absently, "So this is what pack life is like.."

(Are you KIDDING ME?!? This thing just exploded!! Whilst I slept... )
Rueff arched his back, listening to the satisfying crick-crack of his sore spine. He bared his teeth and sighed. This place had swelled since he'd been here last. And he was pretty awful at first-impressions. He pulled himself down onto his haunches, stretching, before he stood. He scanned the camp - what a scraggly bunch - before padding over to the den that reeked of infection and herbs. He coughed.
" How's Firewood doing? How long before he can do something useful? "
Rueff sneered. He wanted this wolf on his feet and doing something. He was a drag on the resources.

Alala nodded and followed Jesse out of the den. Standing by his side, she kept her blue eyes on the pup but shifted her eyes back to Jesse as he spoke. "Ya, I enjoy it a lot. This is my second pack I've been in. My previous pack I was a hunter and I enjoyed it. I can't imagine myself not in a pack. It may be hard to believe, but I don't like to be alone." Alala gave a big smile and let out a cheerful giggle. The omega noticed the tiredness that was coming from the hard working shaman. "Why don't you rest Jesse, I can keep an eye on the wolves while you rest."

( Yeah, time-zones are the worst. xD )
Jesse blinked in surprise as the alpha approached him with an impatient look. He asked about Timber and he looked over his shoulder as if checking on the other male. "I don't think he'll be waking up until after a day or two. And even if he does wake up sooner, he won't be able to do anything for a while. Those burns were pretty intense, and I highly doubt Yechta would let him see the light of the day until he's healed," he answered, turning his head to face Rueff.
Alala appeared next to him, and he smiled at the female. "I'll be fine, don't worry. I've gone through worse things." He was glad to have the omega around to help while Yechta was busy doing other things. He wouldn't know how he'd handle it by himself.

Rueff growled in frustration, throughing his head to the side, before he was going to stalk away. He stopped, and threw his head over his shoulder.
" Go rest Jesse. Let her do something for once, "
He sneered and walked off. Rueff was very anti-omega. He believed that the pack Feudal pyramid was there for a reason. And she was rock-bottom peasant. He grinned at the thought. And he was king.
He couldn't find Yechta, yet he did just a quick scan. He sat in the edge of the clearing, in the sun, feeling the heat penetrate his obsidian pelt. He sat there, just waiting for Yechta, or someone to log in.

Nero had now stopped messing around with the flower and turned his attention to the rest of the pack . He saw a large male laying by himself on the edge of the clearing . He looked bothered , Nero questioned on whether or not he should approach . Eh what the heck he thought to himself . He picked up the flower he was playing with and padded over to the male . He nodded a greeting and plopped the flower among the wolfs paws . Nero crouched low into a hunters crouch and wiggled his tail playfully at the male .

Rueff grinned, putting his paws over his face, to cover his eyes as he "cowered" in fear. He grinned too wide however, and he propped his haunches up, getting into the play stance with his stump of a tail sticking in the air. He furrowed his brow into a scowl and bared his ugly set of fangs. A growl rumbled through his teeth. But he lost his edge when the corners of his mouth were still trying to creep their way upwards. He let off another snarl.
" Why did you wake the might Rueff! "

Nero smiled happily knowing he was willing to play along . He shivered a bit noticing just how scary this male was . Wouldn't want to get on his naughty list . Nero shook his head and for once spoke , '' It is I the great Nero . Leader of the Allegiance of the Devil ! I am here to take over your land !! Fear me !! '' With that being said he leaped onto Rueff's back and sunk his tiny teeth into his scruff and held on . Nero then hopped off and began running wildly in circles around Rueff.
