 | Stormfrost looked around the warriors'
den wondering if anyone else was awake
or even in here at this time of day. He spotted
some cats in the den and recognized a few
of them but not all of the cats. Stormfrost
knew ages of these cats ranged from a newly
made warrior to an almost elder aged cat so he
didn't know which cat he would stumble upon.
The tom waited for a few minutes hoping
someone or something would happen to stroll
into the den or over towards him.

Shadyfoot walked in the shade of the warrior's den, sighing gratefully as she was out of the suns hot rays. Not wanting to go outside again she searched for the nest that she usually slept in. She hurriedly walked towards her nest, but stopped abruptly as she felt a thin line under her front paw. Her heart thumped wildly and dared not to look down. A snake! I'm stepping on a snake! She quickly leaped off the snake and turned around to look down at it. She was about to hiss at it when she noticed that the snake wasn't a snake at all. It was a gray warrior's tail. Feeling mouse-brained she looked down. "Err, sorry about your tail." she mewed quietly. I'm glad cats can't read minds or i'd be SUPER embarrassed, she thought as she looked up to meet the gray warrior's eyes.

| The tom let out a surprised meow as
he looked at the warrior who had stepped
on his tail. He just chuckled as he realized
she was a little embarrassed about it. "That's
okay. At least you didn't turn around and
bite it or anything." Stormfrost smiled.
"My name is Stormfrost by the way.
What's your name, miss?" He asked
her with a slight tilt of his head.

Shadyfoot let out a giggle at his somewhat humorous comment and was glad that he wasn't mad. Stormfrost.... "Wait, aren't you the one that has a lot of apprentices? Well anyway i'm Shadyfoot, I mentor Silverpaw." she explained with a grin. I wonder if he's met Silverpaw yet. Well most likely, she tends to make lots of friends. She noticed that her legs were getting tired from standing. She sat down in front of the tom and glanced down at his tail. How could I have mistaken that for a snake? It looks...fluffy.

| Stormfrost nodded, "Yep that's me. The
one with all of the apprentices running
around my paws." He thought for a moment
before saying anything. "Which Silverpaw?
Aren't there two? The much older one or
the one that became an apprentice recently?"

Shadyfoot nodded slowly as she lifted her head to meet the tom's gaze. "I don't know many apprentices." she admitted. "But I know for sure that she's the older one. She's going to become a warrior soon!" she grinned. "What about your apprentices? Are they almost warrior's yet?" she asked.

| "Most of my apprentices will be
warriors soon but I do not know when
the ceremonies will be given out though.
And really just two of them. Though I've
had let's think... Ivyleaf, Ashfire, Sandpaw,
Otterpaw, Icepaw, and Flarepaw..." He blinked
in surprise. "I've had just a few... But once Sand
and Otter become warriors then I will have
successfully had four trained apprentices."

Silverwhisker walked into the warriors den and smiled. "Guess who is now a warrior! Oh, Shadyfoot! I want to give all my thanks to you for becoming a warrior!" The young warrior mewed, purring her heart out, obviously enthusiastic with her new rank. I wonder how they'll react!

(I was like who the heck is Silverwhisker xD)
Shadyfoot jumped when a voice erupted from the entrance of the den. Could it be? She purred loudly as she turned around to find Silverwhisker. She sprang to her paws suddenly and began to charge toward her former apprentice. She rubbed against her as she purred. "Congratulations!" She said after she stopped purring. She turned around to look at Stormfrost. "This is the Silverpaw I was talking about. I mean Silverwhisker."

Silverwhisker purred, knowing she would never become a warrior without her mentor. "When I got a mentor, I am glad it was you and no one else," she smiled, then gazed at Stormfrost, "I know him, we are good friends, he even helped me a bit on training! How are you two?"

Stormfrost had missed the ceremony for some unknown reason. "We met a while ago I recall. Anyway I'm doing well here, Silverpa- Silverwhisker. Sorry about that. Congratulations on your ceremony." He said to her and wondered why he had missed the ceremony. Two of his own apprentices became warriors. Sandstep and... Otterfuzz.

"I wonder when I'll get my first apprentice," she thought out loud. "I hope to be a good mentor." Like Shadyfoot was, she thought, knowing she can try to accomplish that.

"You had an insane amount of apprentices, how could you put up with all of that?" Silverwhisker asked, curious and slightly confused of how calm Stormfrost was. He had.. So many apprentices I can't count!

"I got you pretty quickly after I got my name. I guess it really depends on how many apprentices there are." She replied as she turned to Silverwhisker. "And i'm sure you'll be a great mentor." she added.
