Spotpaw had brought a mouse. Compared to the other things on the table ( a table?) it was the least festive thing anycat had brought. She sighed and sat down at one of the chairs.

Owlpaw jumped at an IceClanner saying "Hello." And she called herself a spy. Owlpaw reluctantly turned her head toward the cat and jumped again. A senior warrior? No matter. "What do you want?" she hissed.

Disturbed watched as all of the clan cats glared at the DeathClaners. He was amongst the DeathClan cats and felt proud of it. He grabbed some of stuffing and ate it.

"So um.. What's interesting lately?" she asked the group of cats, trying to be cheerful. The tabby sniffed the almost painful concoction of scents surrounding her, and even some not of the clans.

Wolfmist was surprised by the apprentice's outburst. She snorted. "What do I want? A little respect!" She huffed, twitching her whiskers. "Whats your problem? We're supposed to socialize." She narrowed her eyes in annoyance.

Not to social? A connection? Lion really didn't know how to respond to the Iceclaner's...Feelings. After a moment of thought, she mewed slowly, "Well, I don't share your...connection, and even if I did, what difference would that make to you? If you haven't noticed, we're in different clans".

Wolfmist turned away from the annoying RockClan apprentice, greeted by a smaller gray tabby with blue eyes—she looked much like the senior warrior, though she smelled like TreeClan. Finally, some respect. She smiled at the apprentice. "Nice to meet you, Rainpaw." She purred, dipping her head. "I'm Wolfmist, senior warrior of IceClan." She let her eyes flick over the other female for a moment. "I take it your from TreeClan? Whats it like there?" She inquired.

The tom threw his paw up in the air "I-I-I didn't mean it that way! I-I meant you seem l-like someone I c-could, be friends with. I-I'm sorry Lionpaw" he whispered looking down with fear as he pawed the ground. What is this? I'm afraid of a apprentice he thought.

Rainpaw reflected upon her second training session. She remembered the wind ruffling her fur, and the view from the top of the trees. "It's nice to meet you, Wolfmist." She began politely "TreeClan...it's amazing. The trees are like protection, and they create a sanctuary for me. Without the trees, I don't know where I'd be. Owlpaw stuttered."I-I uh..." She was being scorned like a kit and in front of some cat too! The tabby was like the perfect apprentice and Owlpaw the naughty one. "I don't like socializing." Owlpaw said, and immediately flinched at the whininess of it. She slowly inched away from the senior warrior.

Wolfmist nodded. "It's the same for me. If I had to choose anywhere to live, besides IceClan, honestly, it'd be TreeClan." She shrugged. "They just seem to alike. IceClan is the only other Clan with trees. The mountains are amazing—you feel to close to the sky, with everything so much smaller than you. So much closer to CloudClan, icy wind buffeting your fur. Even though it's cold sometimes, it's all worth it. The snow is beautiful."
She turned to Owlpaw as she walked away. "Whats your name, kid?"
