Cloudspirit walked into the nursery, a little nervous to meet the kit that didn't like him. "Whitekit?" He called out. "It's Cloudspirit, your father, I'm here to visit you, please come here." Cloudspirit bit his lip, hoping the meeting with Whitekit would go okay. "I really hope he learns to like me, one day." He whispered to himself.

trouble.  Whitekit was lounging around when she heard a voice. The cat appeared next. Jumping up, the she-cat gave a hiss, arching her back. "What do you want?" she meowed, lashing her tail. "No. I don't want to 'come here.'" |

"Whitekit, that is no way to speak to ANYONE!" Cloudspirit mewed and padded over. He wasn't going to sugar coat this, because this kit needed to learn some respect. He was her father and he deserved it. "Look, I don't know who you think you are, but you need to drop the attitude. Whether you like it or not, you were born to Ashmist AND me. Ashmist and I will not tolerate an attitude any more, do you understand?"

trouble. Whitekit snorted at him, lashing her tail. She looked away from him, glaring at the wall of the den. "I don't care!" she snapped, glaring back at him. "If I have to, I'll pretend to only born born to Ashmist and not you! You're a cheater! You're a bad cat!" she snapped, her icy eyes flaring. |

Cloudspirit narrowed his eyes. "I am not a cheater. Your mother and I agreed to break up and go our separate ways, we were both unaware that she was pregnant. Look Whitekit, whether you believe it or not, I have done nothing wrong. My breaking of the warrior code to be with a FireClan queen has absolutely nothing to do with you, or Ashmist. It's not like I actively spend time with this queen anymore. Everyone makes mistakes Whitekit, you're going to learn that one day. How would you feel if Ashmist and yourself were in FireClan, and you were born by me breaking the warrior code to be with her?"

That is strictly against the code, and I won't forgive you for it. Ever." she hissed. "I don't care if you spend time with her. You still shouldn't have done it." she growled. "I would have preferred that because I wouldn't know you." she muttered. |

Either way, you need to realize that I AM your father, and that isn't going to change. I don't need you to like me, but I need you to respect me. I don't want a father that decided a FireClan queen was better than my mother." The black and white kit didn't soften her glare. "I don't want to learn anything from you. I'll learn anything I want to from Ashmist and Dusty, but not from you." she hissed. |
