I've just noticed a lot of the clan leaders and some of the staff is all that active.

I just wanted to know if I could get a complete list of all the active staff members for if in the future i needa talk to some of them <3

We are aware people are inactive. We just had a whole thing where we were accepting applications for new staff.

As of now, no lists are going to be made. If you want to PM an active staff member, just look at who's been on recently. If they haven't, don't PM them.
