[ I wanna redeem for my inactivity xD here threeead<3 Since because stuff happened I haven't been able to get on. Thought we could do some speedposting for Maple. ]

Windflurry padded into the camp and hoped Maplefrost would follow suit. She grabbed a trout from the fresh kill pile and dropped it near a rock. "Over here @maplefrost!" They had finally been talking a lot more recently, and she didn't want to lose that. She was hoping things could stay as they were. "I got a trout for you. I know how much you like fish." She smiled and sat down by the rock.

Things were quiet in IceClan right now and she was glad. She could only hope things would stay this serene for her Clan but of course that was unrealistic. There always seemed to be problems crawling around every corner.

Maplefrost let out a huge yawn when he stepped out of the elders' den. Though he enjoyed having something to do, training Spiderpaw was still exhausting. Why must youngsters have such high energy levels?

Spending some time with Windflurry would be nice, at least. He happily settled next to the pale tabby and let the tip of his tail brush her flank gratefully. "Hmm. Have I ever told you how great you are?" the calico murmured with a grin. He leaned down and let his whiskers guide him to the trout, then took a bite. Tasty as always.

"So how have you been? You should take a stroll near camp if you haven't recently - the ice is thawing," Maplefrost meowed conversationally once he'd swallowed a couple of stray scales.
