Paranoid (Open)

Frost looked around warily. Her eyes narrowing, observing her surroundings. She gritted her teeth. Some may have called her paranoid. Frost called herself sensible. Looking around, she had a feeling she wasn't alone. 'For a long time... I've learned to trust my instinct. And my instinct is telling me.... Someone's here. Looking at me.' She glared around the clearing. "Who's there...!" She hissed quietly. "I know you're there... No use hiding."

[Talia]

The she-cat mace no notice of the other till she heard it's voice. She was hesitant to look around, since she was new to Deathclan and heard of the thing they did. She only really joined because she was closer to the clan and didn't want to walk anymore. She turned to look for the cat and soon found it, she wasn't in the open to maybe the other scented her? She waited a few seconds till she reveled herself to the cat, making sure to keep distance.

Frost narrowed her eyes at the newcomer. Said newcomer didn't meow a word while revealing herself to her. Frost could smell that this cat was a part of Deathclan, although she figured she was new. Her scent wasn't all that defined. Still... That was of little consolation. This cat could still be a severe danger. Not relaxing her stance, Frost spoke up once more.

"Who are you?"

[Talia]

"I'm Talia." She mew quietly and quickly, hoping the female would let her or the hook. Yes, the cat was her age, if not a bit older. But she didn't want to start a fight. She just got here. She sat down, her tall and skinny figure making itself a bit taller. Her tail covers her tiny paws.

Frost didn't let up. She didn't know why this cat was here. She could be here for anything... From extremely ok to extremely down straight horrible. Her ears folded back. "Why are you here." She demanded quietly.

[Talia]

She shrugged. "Walking?" She answered, Not really knowing why she was there. She just blankly walked over to where she was now. Just now noticing the cats flattened ears, she returns it by also flattening her ears. Mocking the cat slightly.

Frost backed away from Talia. She didn't like how this cat flattened her ears. And walking? As if. Every cat did something for a specific reason. Never something as innocent as 'walking'. She wasn't going to fall for this cat's ploy.

"Tch. As if." She growled back.

[Talia]

The she-cat rolled her eyes, this cat wasn't letting her go. "Ok, If you won't believe me, that's fine. At lest I know your paranoid about everything. If we ever get into a battle, I will keep this in mind." She told, a smirk finding its way to her face. She didn't like this cat, hopefully she will be able to scare her off with simple bluffs and threats.

"That won't help you." Frost growled.

'And I knew you were up to something! Probably here to kill me for kicks....' She knew that cats didn't necessarily need a motive besides that hurting and killing were fun. This cat was likely one of those cats. She didn't like that one bit. 'Still... She won't kill me so easily. I know how to use my head and how to utilize it as a battle asset.' 

She didn't unsheathe her claws. However, she was ready if Talia pounced. She would never be caught off guard. Never.

[Talia]

She disliked that the cat didn't run off. She was getting bored and wanted something else to do. She didn't really won't to continue talking but then she didn't want to just walk off. "Really? Why wont it help me?" She asked, tilting her small head a bit, wondering what the cat will respond with.

"Like I'll just tell you what I'm thinking." Frost growled quietly. She didn't want to straight run away, even if she wanted to get away from this cat. Despite everything... Frost didn't think herself a coward. 'It could be a tactical retreat though...' She considered. 'This isn't accomplishing anything... If anything, this gives Talia a chance to find out who the heck I am. Yep. Gotta retreat.' 

Without warning, she took off as fast as she could.

She watched as the cat ran off. She felt bad for what she did. She waited till the cat was out of sight then turned around and left.
