@addervenom
Sunfish sat in camp with a fish. He began eating his prey calmly. He yawned, glancing around camp. He wondered if someone would come chat.

A pale tabby apprentice stomped into camp, one of his paws stained scarlet. The way he limped slightly said that this was not the blood of some unfortunate prey animal.
He looked absolutely furious as he approached the nearest warrior… who happened to be Sunfish. In fact, the youngster was glaring as though he thought his injury was the fault of this stranger.
"Fix this," Adderpaw spat.

Sunfish looked puzzled, staring down at the wounded apprentice. "Uhh..." He muttered. "I .. I'm not a medicine cat boy what do you expect me to do with that?" He flicked an ear, tilting his head. "I couldn't heal you, best I could do is probably make that injury far worse, or end up killing you." He stifled an awkward laugh.

He hissed crossly. "I don't care! Those old fools are never around anyway, I've heard. And I asked you. Fix it!" demanded Adder. He motioned violently, which sent a few red droplets flying at the warrior.

"How'd you even do this to yourself.. Although I'm a tad bit afraid to ask considering your asking me to fix this." He winced when the red droplets went flying. "I swear to CloudClan I will slap literally something random of that if you keep insisting." He spat. He flicked his tail irritably.

"Hey! I didn't do it to myself!" the apprentice nearly shouted. He was getting progressively louder, and more angry, as their little conversation continued. "There was this weird thing by the river, and it looked at me weird, so I hit it. Then it bit me and got away!"

"Pfff.. You are just a ball of fury aren't you?" Sunfish's whiskers twitched and he burst into a fit of laughter. "You hit it!?" The imagery in Sunfish's mind was probably far funnier than the actual scene itself but he somehow found this comedic. "No kidding, I'd bite you too if you hit me." He grinned.

Well. There wasn't really much Adderpaw could say to deny that, so he flattened his ears irately, as if Sunfish had just insulted his ancestors. Not that he even knew who his ancestors were. Surely, though, they were excellent - it took some pretty good genes to make a cat like Drought. Right?
Back on track, though. "Course I did! It started the whole thing! Crawled out of the water and gave me this mean look. I'm not gonna let some weird thing boss me around like that."

"It was probably minding it's own business and then you hit it and it got angry. What did it look like anyway? I might know what it is. There's a few creatures by the river capable of that. But only some of them have teeth. I'm curious to know what exactly you upset." He purred in amusement. Sunfish found this apprentice incredibly entertaining right now.
"I bet the face it gave you was the face it always makes."

"No way! It was like that before I did anything," he argued loudly. "Made this nasty hiss and everything. You weren't there." Really, he didn't feel like sitting down and describing the strange beast, but the tabby obliged Sunfish in spite of the fact that his leg was still bleeding all over.
"I don't know. It was like a huge fish beetle! Stumpy legs and a tail, and its back was all hardened."

"Of course. It sounds incredibly ferocious." Huge.. fish... beetle.. He laughed even louder than before. Sunfish was finding it hard to remain composed by the description this apprentice was giving him. "Well the stumpy legs, tail and hardened back sound more like a turtle then any fish or beetle I've seen." He teased.
"Looks like you peeved off a turtle. Man, you're a riot. Those things are incredibly slow." He snickered. "Might wanna get that leg checked out."

Adder could feel his temper threatening to boil over when the older tom laughed at him. How dare he! Everything that happened was perfectly reasonable, aside from the part where he'd been bitten. Sunfish made it seem as if he was a kitten talking about some silly nightmare he'd had.
A snarl tugged at the corner of his mouth. "It was not slow. If you'd seen it, the thing was quick! Like this --" and then to demonstrate, Adder lashed out at the warrior's muzzle with his uninjured paw. Quick as the snake after which he'd been named.

He moved back as the tom moved his paw towards him. "Yes, but they walk fairly slow. Why didn't you just leave?" He snorted. "You might want to get yourself fixed up before you bleed all over camp. I'm not cleaning that up." What was said earlier about the meds never being there was true though. There seemed to be.. a lack of medicine cats in IceClan. Which was why the tom tried to refrain from getting injured.
"Quick thing you are."

His claws met empty air, which only served to frustrate the apprentice further. He reluctantly decided not to attack again. There would be opportunities to try at a later date - when he was more experienced, perhaps, or wasn't bleeding like a sliced fish.
"Already told you why," said Adderpaw, but at least he wasn't shouting now. He shot a sideways glance at the medicine den as he raised his wounded paw and tried to clean it a bit. "I don't think they're even in there."

Still.. Not entirely logical." He purred in amusement once more. "They never are. The one thing I think I can agree with you is that the medicine cats are hardly there, if ever." They did hardly anything anymore it seemed. It was like a rare species, you only ever saw them once in a blue moon.
"Well.. Maybe they'll show up eventually. If not wash that out in the river. You'll make a mess of your nest if not."
