"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath Highrock!" The deputy's loud, clear voice rang out across the clearing as he summoned the cats of IceClan. He waited until enough had joined, picking out the pelts of the ones moving up a rank. He almost felt bad for the soon to be new warrior—what with three apprentices on her paws.
"Dappledpaw, you are swift and strong. It is time for you to become a warrior. I name you Dappledlead. Do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?" I do. "Then I commend you to CloudClan, to become a warrior.
"By naming these apprentices, we show that IceClan will survive and remain strong. Moonkit, Otterkit, and Hazelkt, please step forward.
"Moonkit, from now on you will be known Moonpaw. Dappledleaf, you are ready for an apprentice. You will be Moonpaw's mentor.
"Otterkit has also reached six moons of age. From now on, you will be known as Otterpaw. Dappledleaf will be your mentor.
"Hazelkit, from now on you will be known as Hazepaw. I feel as if Dappledleaf can handle three apprentices and, therefore, will be your mentor as well. That is all." And with that, Robinfrost retreated, hence ending the ceremony.

Scorchflight watched as the kits became apprentices with wide eyes, waiting for her name to possibly be called, her ears drooping a bit when she did not hear her name called as a mentor, her cheers growing quieter for her two little friends. She glances over at the new Hazepaw, smiling a bit as she watched the deputy retreat.
"W-well....I wish you all luck...." she mews softly, shuffling her paws on the ground before standing up and slowly walking away, ears drooped. |

Dappledpaw puffed out her chest in pride as her name was called. She was now Dappledleaf. She'd been waiting for this moment, though now realized she had a lot to uphold, and not only that but... she had three apprentices! She looked forward to teaching the three, and was happy to teach them what Maplefrost had taught her.

Otterpaw grinned, having received his apprentice name. He felt bad for his mentor, having to teach three apprentices at once.. It'll be a challenge, for sure! He purred in excitement, he couldn't wait to learn from his new mentor!

Moonpaw puffed out her chest in pride, apprentice! She looked at the two other newbies, she reminded herself to meet up with these two, saying how they are gonna be training or whatever. She nodded to her new mentor and to the warrior congratulating them. She then went to get some moss for her new den.
The craziness of life is gonna kick in soon.

Silverpaw purred as she watched the ceremony. She personally knew all the cats that were receiving ceremonies today, and was happy for them. Padding over to Dappledleaf, she dipped her head in congratulations and mewed softly, "Well done! And you got three apprentices too! Robinfrost must really think highly of you. I for one know that those three apprentices have great potential. Good luck with them!"

Dappledleaf dipped her head in Silverpaw's direction. "Maybe," she joked, then smiled. She was a warrior! It was really happening...! Even though she was freaking out, she was also bursting with excitement. She was determined to impress her clan mates, and give as much help as possible. "And thanks, I'll need it!" she said, purring.

A rasping cheer could be heard from the edge of camp after all four cats received their ceremonies. Not only had Dappledleaf made it all the way though the blind elder's training regiment, but she was now responsible for three apprentices of her own. A lot to handle, perhaps, but Maplefrost was proud nonetheless.
He made his way towards the new warrior. "Congratulations. You seem like you'll have your paws full." |

As her mentor - previous mentor, something that felt odd to think about, much less say out loud - congratulated her, she dipped her head in thanks.
"Thank you, Maplefrost." she said after a moment, placing her tail gingerly on her paws, to rest there. "I believe I do... three apprentices is... it's a lot."
