Kane was knocked down to the ground by the she-wolf's tackle.
He staggered to his feet and growled back. "Just... Leave me alone. I don't need anybody, least of all a clingy stranger." He began to walk away, but stopped and gave a warning growl. "Don't follow me you crazy." Then he broke into a run and ran off into the woods.
