I'm so sorry for not being active my grandma has been diagnosed with cancer...
A small apprentice laid in her nest today she has gotten done early from a hard training session. Her once soft fluffy fur was now drenched in sweat. Now that prey hasn't been coming out, her bones practically showed. She always made sure there was enough for everyone before she eats or grab the smallest thing in the pile. They need more then she does, was what she always tells herself.
Her friends probably wouldn't recognize her, she looked weak, and she knows it. So she always tries to hide it with her fluffy white and ginger fur. But today she didn't care she felt weak so she was just going to try and rest it off.

I am so sorry about your grandmother. I hope you and your family will get through this time with a brave and strong heart and mind. My own token of prayers for her.
He dropped the rabbit beside her muzzle, feeling his heart breaking at the sight of Whitepaw looking so weak and fragile. It was like he could touch her shoulder and she would burst into ashes. "Star, eat." he said quietly, though in a stern tone not quite heard from him. Speck's own features were bony and weakened from starvation, as he was saving prey for the Clan's hungry mouths instead of his own. He remembered eating something the morning before that day, though it had been a small bird only digested to get through the day. He could handle himself going hungry, but not Whitepaw.

Whitepaw jumped at the voice and then smelt prey, rabbit. She eyed it and looked at her close friend Speckpaw. "Others need it more, Speck." she said sitting up ignoring his stern voice. "You can eat it, you're getting thin too." she told him. She quietly purred, to show she was okay, but she was also happy to see her friend.
Thank you she can fight through it. She is one of the strongest people I know.

Speck frowned deeply, making no intention to follow through with her words. "Star, I mean it." he said, his eyes softening just the slightest. "I'm doing better than you are. So eat." He pushed the rabbit closer to her. "I'm not letting you starve yourself to death, Star. Plus, your a much better hunter than me. You need your strength for the Clan."I'm sure she is a strong woman. She'll get through this and come out stronger than before, as will your family as well.

Whitepaw only glared at him. But knew she would end up losing the fight. She looked back down at the rabbit. "Fine... Only if you eat it too." She smelt the rabbit once again and then not a second later her stomach growled. "You are a great hunter also, plus you are most likely a better fighter, what is another clan attacks?" she told him and took a piece of the rabbit. She purred and slowly at it. Trying to savor it, she didn't know when she would eat next.

Speck waited in silence until she finally took a bite before his stiff posture instantly sank into relaxation, and he dipped his head to eat as well. "There isn't a reason for another Clan to attack. Why weaken their warriors when Leaf-Bare is so close?" he meowed, before smiling softly at Whitepaw. "...Your still pretty, Star."

Whitepaw nodded her head slowly. "The way I see it is if we were to fight now we would fight for land. More land means more chances to find prey. It's the perfect time for some clan to attack." she told him. A weird face was made on her face. She looked down at her white and ginger body, with her blue eyes. She seen sweat covered fur that makes her bones visible. "Are you getting sick? Or just going crazy?" she asked in a serious tone.

Speck considered her point thoughtfully. "Right. But if there's not enough food to keep the warriors strong and healthy, then there wouldn't be any battle in the first place." he concluded. And then he snickered at her comment. "Maybe a little star-struck from staring at an angel, perhaps."

"Well the other clan would most likely also be weak so it would be an equal fight. It would most likely catch the other clan of guard also giving the attackers an advantage." she said. Whitepaw looked at him like he was crazy, then rolled her eyes. "You are a very strange cat Sparky." she sighed shaking her head

"Fine, your right. Always thinking the most in that pretty little head of yours." he purred, adding a wink for affect. Though her next words threw him off at the familiar nickname. The nickname Frost has given. Maybe White had done the same and he just wasn't remembering? Maybe she just got lucky and picked to call him that? Instantly, Speck was smiling again. "Where did that nickname come from, Star?" he teased, quite curious.

"Well I'm always right." she said trying to sound serious. She giggled at him when he added the wink. She looked at him for a second, shocked from the question. She didn't know it just kinda slipped out. "I really don't know. If you don't like it I can go back to Spark." she told him.
(I really forgot if I gave you a nickname or not, sorry!)

{ I did too, so no need to worry about it :3 }
Speck couldn't help but smile at her giggle. I always love her smile. Though the nickname had slightly startled him. "N-no, it's fine. I just know someone else who calls me that, and it surprised me." he replied honestly, though kept out the details and hoped Star wouldn't ask for any. "You can call me whatever you wish, as long as it's not something strange. Otherwise I may be forced to take drastic measures." He elaborated the words with playful seriousness.

Whitepaw kept her gaze on him. "Oh really? Who?" she asked then her eyes widen. "You don't have to answer that, it's your business not mine." she said still wide eyed, she wasn't one that wanted to get into others business. she nodded her head with a small smile. "Like what?" she asked not caring because it had something to do with her most likely.

Speck blinked. If only he could tell Star. He wanted to be honest, but the truth might hurt more than a lie. "Just a friend of mine." he said with a laugh, hoping to have said that as casually as possible.
"And my measures may include teasing, ticking or tackling. One of the three 'T's." he replied with a smirk. "Whichever has the most affect, I suppose."

Whitepaw watched his movements. He blinked a few times, he seemed nervous scared even. She seen something flash in his eyes she didn't know what, she has never seen it before. His voice sounded forced kind of, along with his laugh. But Whitepaw didn't want to question him. "Oh okay." was all she said. She was a little lost you could say. She knew he was hiding something but didn't know what.
Soon his attitude changed when he smirked. He was back to his old self. "Oh really? I'm going to find the most embarrassing nickname and call you it." she said adding a fake smile not wanting to make anything strange.
