"The great and amazing Burnetstar stalks his totally lame prey," the tom-kit narrated softly as he creeped forward, his stubby tail twitching. The nursery had been too boring for Burnetkit, so today he had decided to venture outside. He hadn't realized that there were so many cat's sitting around IceClan camp, just waiting to be messed with. "This loser has yet to notice he's being stalked by a legend, as to be expected-- after all, Burnetstar's skills are unrivaled by any," he continued to whisper, a mischievous grin slipping onto his features. The kitten had spent the past few minutes tracking a cat who he assumed had yet to notice him. Dark amber eyes gleaming, Burnetkit raced forward. "ATTACK!" he yowled, leaping towards the other cat with outstretched and sheathed claws.

Pondkit lied lazily in the camp, munching on a small mouse. It was a rather peaceful day, nothing too exciting except it being life. She daydreamed about hunting as she heard a yowl, cutting her to reality. Her amber eyes locked on the image of another kitten trying to hunt her.
Pondkit let out a small yelp as she dodged. She fell to the ground and turned her head, giving the kit a cold gaze, but spoke no words.

Burnetkit let out a frustrated growl when the other kitten dodged his attack. Maybe he shouldn't yell 'attack' next time, it might have ruined the element of surprise. Probably. His frustrated only grew when the she-kit didn't say anything. The tom-kit's eye twitched. No, this would have to change. Burnetkit crept closer to the she-kit, squaring his shoulders and narrowing his eyes in an attempt to look as menacing as possible. "Prepare to feel the wrath of the MIGHTY Burnetstar!" the russet tom-kit growled, baring his teeth. He unsheathed his claws in an attempt to scare the she-kit, "any last words?"

Pondkit stood up and watched the tom as he attempted to frighten her, which kinda did. She grunted and stepped backwards. Burnetstar? In his dreams. The she-cat stumbled backwards and fell again. She noticed Burnetkit had growled at her silence and when he asked if she had last words, she only smiled and shook her head.

A impish smirk slipped onto Burnetkit's face as the other kitten fumbled backwards. Yet, his dark amber eyes widened a bit as she smiled and shook her head. Is this kit crazy? he thought with snort. He raised a paw up, claws unscathed and gleaming in the sunlight, as if he were about to strike at the other kitten. "Alright then," he mewed, a growl still detectable in his tone, "say hello to the CloudClanners for me, angel," his voice dripped with sarcastic as he darted his paw towards the molly, making sure to sheath his claws before he made any contact with her body.

Pondkit giggled a little as she saw that she annoyed the kit. But the kit hit her and she let out a little "Oof!" The grey and white she then stared up at burnetkit and smirked. "Ever see prey fight back?" She asked in a quiet tone as she pounced back at the tom, making sure her claws were sheathed.
What was this kits problem with her silence, eh, oh well.

The wretched she-kit's giggling only enraged Burnetkit even more. He let a short snarl escape him and glared at the kitten. I bet she's insane, he thought, practically pouting. "Wait," he mewled in surprise at the kitten's words, "you can speak?" So was she just IGNORING me? ME!? How could someone do that? he thought, too baffled and annoyed by the fact to completely register what it was the young molly had said, which is why he was caught off guard by her attack. Squealing in a rather unmanly manner, Burnetkit fell onto his side. The tom had pretty much absolutely no sense of balance (he blamed this on his tail. which was basically nonexistence. practically). "No," he mewled in retort to the she-cat, pulling himself back onto his paws and shaking the dust from his pelt, "usually prey has the sense to stay dead," growling, he leaped full-force in the direction of the she-kit.

Pondkit was actually having slight fun annoying the cat. She nodded to the tom, acknowledging the cats words. She was ready for Burnetkits next attack and dodged quickly, showing a smirk. This was fun, then she decided she was getting a little too rude and meowed again softly , probably the most she's ever talking. "Well, sorry for taking your time. I'm a bit of a bore, I guess?" She asked , raising a kittybrow.

Burnetkit grunted as he fell to the ground, quickly recovering himself by bouncing onto his paws. His bobtail quivered in anger and excitement as he planned out his next move. He was slightly taken aback by the she-kit's words. "Bored?" he repeated in a cynically sarcastic tone, "if I'm bored then your a mouse. Now come on; none of the losers around here have ever had the guts to fight me," the russet tom-kit semi-complimented, "Besides, if you were boring I wouldn't bother sticking around. Now: either continue fighting or start speaking something that's actually relevant."

Pondkit secretly let out a sly smile.
She nodded at Burnetkits options and turned around. At least she wasn't boring to the other out and was a bit different. She then scratched the ground and charged recklessly, hoping to knock the tom down.

Burnetkit smirked as the she-kit turned around. Now that more like it, he mused to himself, squaring his shoulders and getting in a defensive position. He wasn't about to loose to this she-cat anymore! Although, that exclamation might have been mentally made too soon. After all, he stood static when Pondkit started to charge towards him. He wasn't expecting such a bold attack. The russet tom growled under his breath when he realized it was too late to dodge the attack. Hiding his smirk, the tom fell to the ground before the she-kit could make contact with him, hoping to throw her off balance by dodging her.

Pondkit was ready to knock down Burnetkit when he suddenly dropped down, leaving her to trip and fall. She smashed into the ground and hit her head. "Great, headaches for days." She murmered secretly to herself. She then gave Burnetkit a rather soulless glance.
(Headaches for days /)'-'/) )

Burnetkit cackled as Pondkit tripped. His little bobtail wiggled in a pleased manner, and he smirked smugly down at the fallen she-kit. "You're lucky it's just a headache," the dark ginger kitten drawled, cocking his head upward and to the side in an arrogant manner, "most cat's that face the great Burnetstar don't even get out with a head." Chuckling darkly, the tom-kit started to pad in Pondkit's direction, planning to deliver a blow to the side of her head, but also preparing himself for a counterattack from the she-kit. Just in case.

Pondkit cursed under her breathe as she stood up, her head slightly bleeding. She saw burnetkit and backed away, unsheathing her claws. It was probably the only way to threaten somekit around here.

sorry 'bout the late reply (nun") Burnetkit's eyes widened as he caught a whiff of blood coming from the other kitten. Is she hurt? he thought, the smallest flicker of worry stirring in his stomach. Still, it looked like the other kitten was willing to continue putting up a fight. The russet tom-kit felt some respect for his sibling at that. "You still wanna put up a fight, angel?" Burnetkit mewed, unsheathing his own claws, flicking his tail the best he could with it's awkward length. It might have been stated in more of a teasing manner, but if the she-kit was willing to back down the tom-kit decided he wouldn't ridicule her for it. After all, he was a gentleman.
