Vixenkit stirred in her nest eyes half open
She blinked her eyes fully open before sitting up to groom her dark red fur
Vixenkit scanned the nursery for newcomers
She spotted someone new
Vixenkit padded over
"Hello are you new?"

Cloudkit nodded to the other kit with a smile when they asked if he was new. He was, just a young kit. He flicked his ears and bowed down as a sign of greeting, unable to talk due to being born mute.
(I may have forgotten to mention he's mute.) |

Cloudkit nodded, smiling, happy that he wouldn't have to go through the annoying process of going outside and pointing to the sky to try and get kits to guess his name.
He lifted his paws in the air, trying to ask to play a game. He also started to swish his tail in a playful manner while tilting his head, eyes glinting.

She was thinking what Cloudkit wanted to do
Once she saw his playful reaction she knew what he wanted
"You want to play right" she asked
She pulled a feather from her nest
"Lets try to keep this in the air you can go first"

Cloudkit nodded. He liked Vixenkit already. She could understand him, despite his inability to talk. She was really kind too! He purred and nodded, trying to balance the feather on his nose before pushing it upwards and into the air, trying to keep it up with his paw. The whole time he was smiling in Vixen ' s direction. |

Cloudkit let out a silent giggle as Vixenkit started to help him keep the feather up. He continued to smile until the feather landed on his nose and the began to make a 'im gonna sneeze' face. |

She understood the face and backs up a bit to give him space

Cloudkit sneezed out, the feather falling on the floor and snot hanging from his nose. He let out a silent squeal and wiped his face on the floor, horrified. |

Cloudkit smiled a little, grinning as he wiped his face with his paws in hopes that he could get the disgusting stuff off of him. It was horrible and embarrassing- and maybe a little funny.
The young white tom looked around before going back to retrieve the feather and handed it to Vixenkit. |

Vixenkit smiled again waiting for Cloudkit to bat the feather

Vixenkit batted the feather gently back to Cloudkit
It was fun playing with this other kit even though he could not talk
