Dewkit's first thing to do in the morning was reach her paw out and tap the side of her nest with her tan paw. Feeling around a bit, she decided to pull herself towards the outstretched paw and get up. Edge of nest.
Dewkit swept her tail across the floor, before reaching a paw out and swiping into open air, seeing if anyone was nearby.
(Ooc: to those joining in, Dewkit is completely blind. If you want to join in, react to her waving her paw in the air? Just a suggestion.)

Mothkit blinked her Amber eyes open
She sighed
The golden tabby spotted another kit
It was swiping it's paw in the air
Mothkit was confused but she trotted over to the kitten
"Hello there I'm Mothkit"

A voice to her right? It was introducing herself as Mothkit. Dewkit turned around towards the voice, eyes still shut tightly. "Hi. I'm Dewkit," The tan furred kit greeted. at least I didn't roll in my sleep.

Dewkit nodded, almost opening her eyes by instinct before rembering that the other kit would see instantly that she was blind. The tan kit thought about the things she did, and decided, "I like to explore," She mewed, "I like to know where I am. How about you?"

Dewkit giggled at Mothkit's answer to her second like. "I know that, yeah..." The tan tilted her head, small whiskers twitching. "Pretending to be things? Like what?" If only I could pretend to be not blind, Dewkit thought, her tail still brushing against the ground.

Dewkit looked down towards her paws, keeping her eyelids shut tight. "... The thing I really want to be, I can't." Dewkit mumbled, a sad tone in her voice, before looking back up towards the direction of Mothkit's voice.
"But we can pretend to be warriors, right?" The tan kit put a fake happiness into her voice. Her eyelids were open a sliver, showing some of her amber eyes.

Dewkit flashed her head up at Mothkit's offer of pretending to be leader. Her pure amber eyes were fully visible, but Dewkit didn't notice. A blind cat being leader? "Can I be leader? You could be one of the warriors!"
The tan kitten had a smile on her face, pure amber eyes with no visible pupils now apparent to Mothkit.

With a start, Dewkit- dewstar- realized that her eyes were open. She shut her eyes again, trying not to feel embarrased. "I would like you to tell me the situation with the other clans!" Dewkit- star- waved her tail and held her paw out in front of her. The tan kitten was lightly touching Mothkit's furry scruff.

Dewkit nodded, putting a paw up to her chin. "Hmmm. Can we gather some of our best warriors and set up for border patrol? I believe I must stay to protect camp." Dewkit patted down her head fur, before putting her paw down and sitting. She tried to focus on Mothkit's scent and breathing.
