It was a cold day as usual. A dilute calico sat in Doestrikes nest her tail curled. She sighed scanning the nursery with her yellow-Amber eyes. She found a kitten. Sorrelkit crouched getting ready to pounce. She attempted to pin the other cat down "Rawr" she growled "Surrender enemy warrior!"

(Please no power playing, you must always give the other she option to dodge. The attempting to pin was fine if you did not add that "which she did so" thank you.)
Skykit huffed out an exasperated breath as yet another one of her litter mates tackled her to the ground. First Shadekit, and now Sorrelkit too? Honestly, was there no end. Yet in all truth, she could not deny she enjoyed the little tussles, and so she played along, as her sister yowled at her, she bared her fangs and snarled, attempting to shoulder her off so as to try her own luck in attacking. (No muse)

(Oops so sorry I should delete that)
Sorrelkit froze. She had just realized that she had attacked a litter mate. "So sorry Skykit" She murmered guilt showing in her yellow Amber eyes The dilute calico looked at her sister

Skykit smirked and got to her paws, shaking out her pelt before offering her sibling a nod as though to say 'don't worry about it.' To be honest, apology was not in order, as sibling tussled all the time. It was part of who they are. The stalking and pouncing was like early hunting, except they prey just so happened to be one's rather reluctant sister. Huffing out a breath, Skykit sat down and began to groom some of the dust out of her pelt, occasionally gazing up at her sibling with piercing green eyes, but she didn't utter a sound. For a moment, she glanced outside with interest, before turning her attention back to her own flame coat.

Sorrelkit licked her paw a bit before yawning. "We'll do you want to do something I'm kinda bored" she asked

Skykit phased in answering for a second to finish grooming her pelt before glancing up and straightening, offering her sister a shrug of indifference before getting to her paws and heading to a moss pile in the corner in case any bedding needed changing in the night. Scanning it with her eyes like lasers, she picked off a chunk and rolled it into a paw sized ball, maybe a bit bigger, and batted it over to the other as though tossing her ideas out onto the field.

Sorrelkit smiled at her sister and batted the mossball back with her tiny front paws

Skykit couldn't help but admit it was good spending time with a sibling that didn't just want to talk. Twitching her ears, she locked her green gaze onto the mossback and lunged forward, catching it carefully in her jaws. Lashing her tail, she tossed it in the ear and with a smirk, she whipped round and used the momentum of her spin to bat it with her tail and cause it to fly toward her sibling, just above the other kitten's head.

Sorrelkit dashed after the mossball. She scooped it up in her jaw before putting the mossball down and batting it back to Skykit

Skykit waited, watching as the moss ball came flying back toward her. She noticed her sister almost used the same techniche as Skykit did, but not quite as she placed it down and batted it with a paw. Readying one paw, she tilted it upward slightly and allowed the ball to roll onto it. Before it could come off again, Skykit had lifted the paw and flung it straight back.

Sorrelkit smiled and stopped the ball with her right paw before pushing it back.

Skykit was quickly tiring of this game. How did kittens enjoy batting a moss all around so much? It was about as boring and continuous as counting sheep. However, she'd made this suggestion, and so it was only natural that it be Sorrelkit's suggestion whether they continue, or do something of her own idea. Passing it off, she tossing the ball back again, though not very enthusiasticly.
(How about truth or dare,Sorrel's attempt to get her to speak. Or maybe after the coming ceremonies, we could have a sibling thread with the other apprenticed family members, and a few non related apprentice's depending, and do it then?)

(I like that idea apprenticeship will be soon do you want to make the thread once we become paws )
Sorrelkit stopped the mossball with her tail " Do you want to play something else now?"

(Will do. Let's just wait for now.) Skykit did not respond verbally, as was expected at this point, but she did whisk her tail and dip her head in concert, smiling slightly. This was uncommon for her, but her sister seemed calm without Skykit speaking, and so the kitten took this as a good sign. Now she just wondered what her sibling would offer as their next pastime.
