Oh, that was right, he'd heard a bit about TreeClan. It made sense that they had lived in this forest; Cinnamonpaw had never seen so many trees in his life. But how did they navigate in there, or catch prey for that matter?
"Don't they get lost with all those trees? And how do they catch prey if there's bushes and stuff in the way? Um - sorry, I'm probably asking too many questions…"

Duskrise simply gave Cinnamonpaw a smile.
"Feel free to ask as many questions as you would like to." He chuckled lightly. "Treeclanners are very accustomed to their territory, so they have differing methods from us in order to survive in the forest." He explained.

His ears perked up; he hadn't expected his mentor to be this nice. Was Duskrise just trying to be accommodating or was he like this with everybody? Cinnamonpaw did have to wonder, but there wasn't a lot of time to think about it right now.
"I can't imagine living there. It must be so different from the way we live," the apprentice commented. He tilted his head, peering into the shadowy woods, before seeming to decide that he wouldn't discover all of TreeClan's secrets just by looking at their territory from across the border.
"What's next?"

Duskrise shrugged.
"We don't need to understand their way of life. We just need to accept it." He meowed. He was fairly aware that some cats tended to be overflowing with clan pride, even going so far to claim Iceclan was the best. While Duskrise loved Iceclan, he wasn't the sort of cat who believed that.
Then his apprentice inquired about what was next. He smiled. "We're going to the border we share with Fireclan next." He meowed, before beginning to pad off, but stopped a short distance away to look back with his smile wide. "C'mon! Let's go!" Then he resumed walking towards their next destination.

"Oh! Well, of course I know that," he meowed. "It'd be horrible to treat them badly or something just because they aren't like us. I hope nobody actually does that," Cinnamon added with a small frown. Surely every cat knew better than to discriminate.
His bobbed tail gave a small wag and he began to trot after Duskrise, eager to see what else there was to experience outside of camp. The world sure was a lot larger than he'd imagined before, when he was just a kitten stuck in the nursery.

((Ahahah this is so late I'm sorry))
Duskrise really liked Cinnamonpaw's attitude.
Duskrise hadn't exactly heard someone outright be mean to another clan, but with pride and egos he wasn't naive enough to think that everything was all good and peachy. The clans had borders they regularly guarded for a reason.
Moving along to the border shared with Fireclan, he had a spring in his step, an especially good mood striking him. He was content and eventually arrived at the border shared with Fireclan.
