@static
Patch padded into the clearing of the camp, holding a wren tightly in her jaws. Today had been pretty uneventful, no shouting, no bloodspill, no anything, just peace. The she-cat was happy that this rouge group could actually be quiet these days. But what broke the silence was rustling grass, must be another Deathclanner by what she scented. Patch turned towards the noise and meowed emotionlessly, "Greetings."

Static had been heading towards the clearing that served as the closest thing that Deathclan had to a camp.
She'd been hoping to meet someone who she could fight! She grinned when she got her wish, picking up the scent of a fellow Deathclanner. She broke into a run and burst into the clearing. With unsheathed claws, she sprang at the stranger, swiping downwards with a clawed paw at the cat's face, even as the cat greeted her.

Patch flinched as the cat greeted her with unsheathed claws, aiming at her already scarred face. She backed up quickly and starred bewildered at the other cat. "Geez, I already got a scar on my face, try to be original." She hissed as she pounced at Static, hoping to pin her with unsheathed claws. Patch didn't want to fight really, she had already had to with Pain and Slate, but.. One more scar couldn't hurt...

Static's claws only hit thin air as her foe dodged.
She grinned. Without another word, she sprang over Patch, aiming to land and claw her tail, but also lashing out with her hindlegs the instant her paws would've touched Patch's tail. That was of course, if the she-cat didn't evade it, like she had before.

Patch stared as she hit flat ground, frozen for a second and then felt a jolt of pain run through her tail, her head turned to see the cat on her tail, scratching her with all claws. Patch let out a yowl of anger at the younger she-cat and spun her whole body around, leaving even more scratches on her tail, which had lost a bit of fur. She then glared at Static with burning emerald eyes and sprang at her again, ready to turn if she dodged.

Static felt pride rush through her, blood on her claws, and fur in between.
She couldn't stop grinning. The rush of being in a proper fight just couldn't be matched by anything else! Fighting was her favorite thing to do! Her opponent sprang at her and Static dashed under the other she-cat, and struck upwards at the underbelly as she ran under and through the other side.

Patch yowled with mixed emotions as she was slashed in the belly, and she somehow knew this feeling all too well. But Patch wasn't going to die because some stupid kit caught her off guard. Something stirred inside her mind, the urge to shake it off and move forward. Patch grinned almost crazed and her eyes narrowed at Static. "Heh. Thanks kid." She meowed, standing still while she bleed. Patch then hoped this caught her off guard enough for an attack.

Static came out on the other side of Patch, and she quickly whipped around not wanting to be caught from behind.
She didn't let down her guard, but she certainly caught the fact that her opponent was wearing a rather strange smile. She did her best to not let it unnerve her. "No problem." She responded. "Wanna stop?" She offered.

Patch stared at herself, her stomach and tail bleeding pretty badly. She nodded hesitantly and straightened up, picking up the wren she had dropped during the fight. Even she had to admit to herself that this kit knew how to give some major wounds. Something still stung her, causing her to remain cautious, it could be a trap to get her guard down.

Static smiled.
"That was a really great fight!" She was brimming with excitement, her tail even waving back and forth behind her.

Patch looked at Static with confusion, this kid tried to kill her seconds ago, now she was acting like she had only won a play-fight. "T-thanks, I guess?" She meowed awkwardly, her eyes shifting around as she took a step back.

Static noticed her former foe took a step back.
Well... She supposed the she-cat was kinda bleeding around and Static was the one who put those wounds there... She seemed nervous. She had the decency to look sheepish. "I guess it wasn't a really well balanced fight, since I surprised you! I should save that for meanies."

Patch laughed a bit, smiling. "Yeah, save that for clan cats." She meowed casually, shrugging. She then started to lick the blood off her wounds, hissing at the tail, which had lost a bit of fur and got deep in the skin, ew.

Static smiled at seeing her former opponent seem to release her fear of the young fighter.
She laughed a bit, following. "Yeah! Or anyone else trying to mess with Deathclan!" She frowned at seeing Patch hiss at her own tail. "Will that heal?"

"Yeah, but it won't be too fluffy anymore. And as for the stomach, pretty sure that'll heal too." Patch meowed calmly as she continued to lick her bloody wounds. "And nice job catching me off guard, pretty smart in combat." She added in between licks.
