Sparkkit laughed as Lionkit sneezed, then he stopped and looked up, a completely amused look on his face, his eyebrows raised high. He was given a glare from Lionkit, but he didn't care. "I've watched them a few times, too," he said as he crouched down. "Let's see how much you have." He pounced high into the air, aiming to pin Lionkit down.

Lionkit watched as Sparkkit leapt upward, extending into a high pounce. Perhaps a bit too high, he thought to himself, stepping to the side to avoid the other tom as he came plummeting downward. He lashed out quickly, his strong hind legs supporting him as he threw his weight into knocking the other kit down.

Sparkkit laughed as Lionkit pinned him down. "A bit too high?" he asked. Play fighting wasn't much of his thing, but hunting was. If they were to hunt, he probably would've won that. But if Lionkit wanted to battle, he was fine doing that. They had done something he enjoyed, now they should do something Lionkit enjoys.

Lionkit grinned at the pinned Sparkkit, emerald eyes brightening with amusement. "Yeah, maybe just a bit," he replied, then moved backward and fell into a crouch. With a playful growl, he threw himself forward, surging along the ground toward the other tom. He feinted left, then dove at his friend's paws, hoping to knock him to the ground.

Sparkkit got up slowly as Lionkit jumped away. He looked up and heard a familiar growl, glancing to see what his friend was doing. As Lionkit was charging, Sparkkit nimbly hopped out of the way, and grinned. "I saw that one," he mewed as he crouched down playfully, waiting for the next move. He watched Lionkit closely, watched every move from where he was.

"Don't get too full of yourself," the tom replied playfully, a mischievous smirk growing on his white muzzle. Circling outward, Lionkit studied Sparkkit, how he had his paws positioned, what his gaze followed. He spun quickly to face his friend and broke into a run, which was made easier with the distance he'd put between himself and the other tom. When he was within a tail length of the kit, he stopped abruptly, skidding slightly along the floor of the nursery, and turned, causing his body to roll forward due to the momentum he'd built up while running. Though rolling into the cat you were attacking wasn't exactly conventional, and was actually quite comical, Lionkit figured he'd have a pretty decent chance of catching Sparkkit off guard with the maneuver.

Sparkkit watched as Lionkit came full speed at him, and thought with a smirk, I see you. But as Lionkit was running, he stopped abruptly and rolled in Sparkkit, throwing him off-guard and knocking his paws out from underneath him. He fell over with a yelp, before starting to laugh. "What was that?" He asked, his sides hurting from the laughter. He wasn't getting up off the ground anytime soon, all his strength drained from snickering.

Lionkit was about to reply, but he began laughing as well, cutting himself off before the words had left his mouth. After a moment, he got a hold of himself and sat upright, though his chest still convulsed occasionally as he tried to keep his laughter contained. "What you don't like my new tactic?" he asked breathlessly, a grin tugging at the corners of his lips.

Sparkkit looked up at Lionkit, his eyebrows raised. As he sat up, he said, "New tactic? Definately different," He still laughed occasionally, then looked down at his paws. One paw had class sticking out of it, and Sparkkit quickly sheathed them, then looked back up. "Your new fighting style might win wars between clans."

"I would imagine so," Lionkit replied, grinning at the thought. He promptly burst into laughter upon imagining it, however; the thought of warriors rolling around on the ground, trying to defeat their opponents in a much more serious setting than that of the nursery, was completely and utterly ridiculous. "You're right," he managed to say after a moment, gasping in lungfuls of air as he recovered from his most recent fit of laughter. "The other clan would be too busy laughing their tails off to put up much of a fight."

Sparkkit smiled. "Yep! Then you surprise them with the sneak attack." He quickly crouched down, his chest touching the earth under his paws, giving Lionkit an evil, yet playful, glare. "You crawl up to them when they're least expecting it, and POUNCE," Sparkkit leaped at Lionkit, this time out and not up, a swift and quick motion. His already long legs were fully extended, his claws protected as to not hurt his newly acquired friend.

Still a bit distracted by the thought of a battlefield full of rolling cats, Lionkit didn't notice what the other tom was doing until it was too late. He went down with a surprised yelp, which quickly turned into a playful growl as he got his wits about him once more. Wrapping his paws around his friend's neck, he pushed up with his hind legs, attempting to flip Sparkkit onto his back.

Sparkkit found himself flying through the air and landing painfully on his back, half laughing and half moaning. "Ow," he mewed before letting out a snicker and tried to get up quickly before Lionkit pinned him down. He rolled onto his paws, popping up quickly and giving Lionkit another playful, yet fierce, glare.

"Oh, you're fine," Lionkit said with a grin. He was going to say more, but was cut off by an enormous yawn; he hadn't quite realized how exhausted he'd become. Though he was having fun, and would rather continue the play fight than move on to a new activity, he couldn't argue with the weariness that had swept over him. "We've been play fighting a while. Is there anything else you'd like to do? I don't want you to get bored," the kit added, trying to fight off another yawn.

Soarkkit laughed as Lionkit let out a yawn. "Sure," he said, noticing that he was somewhat bored of just fighting his new friend. He sat down and looked at Lionkit. "Have any ideas?" Sparkkit asked, his brain emptied of any fun ideas. They could go exploring the camp, then get in huge trouble. But noticing how old Lionkit looked, they would both be apprentices pretty soon. "I'm up for exploring the camp." Sparkkit sat straight up and lifted his chin in the air, a full grin on his face. They would get a huge punishment if they were caught out of the nursery, but they both looked old enough to get away with it. It was only a matter of someone noticing their slip away and telling an older cat. They could get in and out in a flash.
