[Firepaw]

After everyone was named, Firekit, now Firepaw, walked up to his new mentor, a grin visible on his black face. He was filled with joy, but kept it contained to where he appeared quite calm. He gave a respectful nod to Vixenleap.

[Lionpaw]

Lionpaw felt a felt his heart quicken upon hearing his new name, and a grin found its way to his muzzle as he saw Sparkpaw receive his as well. When the commotion had died down somewhat, he padded forward to greet his new mentor. "I hope to learn much from you," he said, dipping his head respectfully to Lynxheart.

[Vixenleap]

Vixenleap remained still as her name was called. A new apprentice, haven't had one in a while. Her dull green eyes met Firepaw's, and she returned a calm smile. "I hope your ready for training, kid." She meowed, hints of amusement in her voice.

[Rainspark]

Rainspark jumped up into the air. "Beechroot! Beechroot!" She cheered her friend on, so proud to finally see her friend made a warrior, even if she hadn't been his mentor.

[Beechroot]

Beechroot in shock when he heard his new name called. He thought he would be trapped as an apprentice forever. He briefly smiled over to Pepperfrost, glad to be sharing his vigil with at least one of his friends. Even if they couldn't talk. Then he heard Rainspark. The newly made warrior's smile became genuine and he rushed over to her, then rested his head on her shoulder.

[Ashstorm]

Ashstorm stared ahead at the ceremonies and was happy to hear he had been chosen to mentor Sweetkit. Well now, Sweetpaw. He stumbled his way to his new apprentice and touched noses. "Our training will begin soon" he said with a warm smile.

[Rainspark]

"Oh, Beechroot. I'm so proud of you" she purred. Perking up, she mewed "Well, now we can go on patrol and explore as fellow warriors!" She grinned at Beechroot.

[Swiftstrike]

Ah, another rascal to train, Swiftstrike thought as he heard his name called to be a mentor. The black-and-white warrior got onto his paws and stretched as Arrowstrike finished giving the ceremonies. Guess it's time to find the brat, he thought, his large frame making it easy to see over the other cats and find the young tom he was assigned to mentor.

"Helloooo Sparky," the warrior mewed as he approached the tom and touched his nose to his, as was custom for the ceremony, "blah blah blah, I'm your mentor, happy days. Okay, now that we're past all the boring introduction bits, lets get to the good stuff. We'll start training tomorrow, but not in the morning--I don't like mornings. Sooo, does sun-highish sound good? I think it does. Let's meet then! You can take the rest of the day to get settled into your new den and get acquainted with your new denmates. Or, just, sleep or something. I don't really care. Just don't leave the camp, okay? The last thing I need is a lost apprentice," with that the tom gave his new apprentice a soft, playful nudge on the shoulder before trotting away to the warriors den to get some shut-eye.

[Lynxheart]

Lynxheart smiled at her her new apprentice. "Hello Lionpaw we will start training at dawn. The she-cat murmured

[Koisplash]

It'd been a while since Koisplash had actually sat out to watch the ceremonies. Still, it was always nice to see them. The joy of the newly made apprentices and warriors did a lot to remind her of old days when she'd felt the same way, even if it got a little too painfully nostalgic.

She padded up to Beechpaw, now Beechroot, and offered a smile. Kits really did grow up fast, or maybe they just did now because of how old she'd gotten. "Congratulations," she purred. "Beechroot, eh? I'll definitely remember that. I'm sure you'll be a great warrior."
