( Nightfox , Dustcloud , Beechroot ) By naming this apprentice, we show that Treeclan will survive and remain strong. Dustkit, from now on you will be known as Dustpaw.... Beechroot, you are ready for an apprentice. You will be Dustpaw's mentor. By naming this apprentice, we show that Treeclan will survive and remain strong. Nightkit, from now on you will be known as Nightpaw.... I am ready to take on an apprentice again, and so I shall train Nightpaw.
After he was done with the ceremonies, Spiderstar leaped down from the high branch and padded up to Nightpaw. He hadn't had an apprentice in several moons, and it hadn't gone well last time. But, with Leaf-Bare ending and the Clan getting more active, Spiderstar felt he could take on one again. He did not smile at Nightpaw or bounce with excitement. He knew nothing about this kitten aside from his name, but he had high hopes. As he stepped up to the younger cat he gave him a small, quick smile, and then bent his head down to be level with Nightpaw's. "Training begins first thing tomorrow morning. If you want, we can even go out before the Dawn patrol and you can view your first sunrise outside of the camp. It's quite beautiful. But, I know you younger cats also value sleep." He purred at him, touching his own nose to Nightpaw's. Maybe this would work out well.

Dustkit had stood, legs trembling in nervousness despite the wide grin on his features, before his leader as he received his new name and mentor. The tom-kit, now apprenticed, could hardly believe his ears. A part of him had doubted that he would ever become an apprentice, due to his disability. But here I am, he thought, suppressing a purr, Dustpaw!
The pale brown tom angled his ears around once Spiderstar finished the ceremony, trying to detect any set of paw-steps padding towards him. Yet, it was nearly impossible to do so with all the other cats around, so the blind tom ended up awkwardly standing in place and waiting for Beechroot to approach him.

Beechroot watched Dustpaw from afar for a moment. Spiderstar had asked if Beechroot could handle such a task, but he accepted immediately. His own mentor, Dewmask, was blind. She had taught him her ways and he hoped he could pass them on to Dustpaw.
He approached him cautiously. The golden tabby warrior took a seat beside him. "We can train whenever you wake up in the morning. Today is a time for celebration of your new lifestyle. Please, go get acquainted with your new den."

Dustpaw jumped a bit once Beechroot approached, but smiled shyly once he settled down. He nodded at his words, scared to speak up in-case he said something stupid and made a bad first impression. "Alright," the pale brown apprentice mewed, trying to sound cheerful instead of nervous, "I guess I'll see you tomorrow then." he was tempted to walk away, but knew that with all the commotion going on around him he'd likely bump into someone by accident. Instead, he nodded a good-bye to his mentor and looked to side, waiting for more cats to leave before he made his own departure.
