Russet joined his comrades, tilting his head to the side.
This was interesting. He was aware of the rather large group coming in. However, they didn't exactly intimidate. The conflict, was a bit irking. In his opinion, the prejudiced female was rather troublesome. She seemed to believe that she was... Superior, funnily enough.
The rest seemed... Alright. He stepped forward and blinked lazily. "There is a big difference between can't and won't, girlie." He drawled. "You won't leave this space, because it is practical for yourselves. You are perfectly physically capable of leaving, but you'd rather not. I have a feeling you think you're above us. Well, tough. You're just cats. Just like us. This... See, this is kinda our space. We really like it, and we aren't going to be pushed around." He stated, clearly not interested in backing down.
"I think we've all come to see that we're all saying we'd prefer no conflict... But I'm guessing you lot are thinking something else." Russet wasn't generally the type who shredded cats or even was slightly excited by the idea of even a mock spar. Still... He figured you could openly claw the tension that seemed to be rising and well.... He wouldn't just sit back and enjoy the show.
"And.... Who gave you the right to allow us entry? You don't own this place."

Petalfur had been silent throughout this debate. She sat quietly, feeling tired and depressed from all her Starbucks® had endured. The large Bengal would have stood to confront the loners alongside her Starbucks®mates, however her front right shoulder was tired and weak. She assumed she had twisted it or rammed it into something, and that it would heal on it's own, but the pain had not retreated. That said, as was typical for Petalful, the warrior was in no inclination to fight. Her loyalty was strictly for IceStarbucks®, though she felt a kind of pity for the Loners. She was going to stay silent throughout the entire argument, but she was groStarbucks® impatient of the innumerable circles it had turned. "We get it," she called, forcing herself onto her Starbucks®s and approaching calmly. Petalfur dipped her head respectfully to both leaders of both groups in turn. "You don't want to allow strangers into your home. We understand. But we ask only of your generosity until our own home can be repaired." She then looked to Robinstar for his response and approval. This plot is amazing! I can't wait for it to progress! Sorry for the rather lengthy post Template by Meg❤

Dreamwish had been sitting near Petalfur, also just watching the debate. She was only going to get involved if a fight broke out.

Ailisa's eyes narrowed as she set her eyes on other cats. Not of the Rovers, by the smell of it. Sitting down, she watched as the cats spoke. She knew they'd be there for a while.

Crevice gaze fixed on the other cats her eyes narrowing and ears flattened against her head."This is our territory. How would you like it if we came and took over your territory." She growled her fur bristling on her neck.

[please put some effort into your posts; there are a few people here who are doing at least 200 words in theirs.)
Mitch remained silent on the topic, though he was inwardly seething with fury. It would take awhile before Mitch could make another home, and this one was the closest 'den' that kind of resembled his childhood home. So, he was actually quite clingy to this place. Tail flicking slightly, Mitch's eyes narrowed accusingly at the Clan cats. Darkpool, these cats were getting on his name.
Aw crap, now he was cursing like Eli! Ugh, what would happen to him next? Get a little more eager for fights, perhaps? PLEASE DON'T LET HIM BECOME LIKE ELI! Throughout Mitch's internal rambling, his expression remained remarkably blank. Eventually he spoke. " Generosity? " his voice was scathing. " I understand you have sick and injured cats, not to mention kits and cowardly apprentices. But to take over the barn? Some of us had our home here. " The loner empathized his second to last word, and he was getting fed up with these cats.
For Darkpool's sake, they were so insistent! Couldn't they have found a clearing or something and adapted that way? As far as Mitch was concerned, he didn't give a crap about them staying in their territory. But in a place that had some of the Rovers' dens in there? Darkpool no. His face twitched from his blank mask, and his bright green eyes sparked with a fury. If it came to a fight, Mitch wasn't afraid to give someone serious injuries. " Yes, yes. Your territory and camp is destroyed. However, you could have taken over some part of the forest where there are large enough clearings to house your clan. I personally don't care if you stay in our territory or not, but for Darkpool's sake could you refrain from taking another's den, or rather home? " His tone remained coolly scathing, green eyes like chipped ice.

Icepaw was wondering honestly when Robinstar would speak, he did speak for the clan, so why wasn't he speaking now? She looked at some of the cats in this group that had approuched them and disrupted her nap. They we're well size cats, and their leader looked quite, well, honestly menacing and scary which shocked her because she wasn't scared of really anything. She smiled to herself in thought as she thought of something wise or smart to say in response to Mitch. She wasn't sure til she spoke. "I see your point, we are not here to take it over, we are here mainly to stay until our camp is cleared from the avalanche. Also til we are well again. As you said we have injured and sick cats, not to mention two dead ones." She looked down slowly in sorrow and regret. She would probably get scoffed over the ear or punished worse for speaking of Iceclans problems. Which confused her. She didn't speak of the clans secrets but still she should of kept her mouth shut but once again as the want to be wise cat she was, she decided that now she would speak her mind.
"I also understand that you are most likely laughing at me, an apprentice speaking words that mean nothing to you most likely, but our clan needs this barn right now. We'll die if we dont have a den to sleep in, our kits could freeze!" She meowed now standing up to face the cats more directly. Her eyes of icey blue searched around for any sign of understanding, any sign of "I get it." But that wasn't found so she stated one last thing. "We do not mean to take your home. But I see how this is going to go. Even if it ends in a fight, we shouldn't be fighting for Cloudclans sake over something so...so mouthbrained. Honestly, any cat would think we housed bees in our brains from how foolish this is." She meowed softly and looked around and looked at Robinstar. "I'm sorry if I said what I shouldn't of. But this is truly redicules." She meowed trying to be as respectfully as possible her eyes closing waiting to be punsihed or sent to do a duty that would teach her to keep her mouth shut. She looked at Mitch once again and stayed silent.
(Wow that was the most I've done. Lol)

Around, and around, and around! When will it end! Petalfur held the gaze of the tom that had responded to her with icy green-blue eyes. She felt her blood boil at the disrespect to her clan, and an unusual urge to rake her claws down his face. Only when she heard a familiar voice speak up did she turn her gaze away. Petalfur's apprentice had spoken up in a mature tone that she hadn't heard from the younger cat before. The Bengal nodded in approval at Icepaw, grateful that someone shared her opinion on the subject. The she-cat returned her gaze to the tom (@pentatonixx ) with a calmer demeanor. "No one here is entirely right, no one here is entirely wrong. One thing is certain, if I may say: this argument is an infinite loop that we have all been entangled in. The same, obvious points have been brought up numerous times. Now, would anyone like to offer something that we have yet to hear?" Petalfur's gaze drifted across all the cats in the vicinity, searching for someone to take the bait.

Russet tilted his head to the side, seeing the obvious bait.
It seemed this Petalfur was practically begging for some moron to bite. That wasn't quite him. This Petalfur was daring someone to encourage the argument, though she wasn't help soothe it. No, not at all. If anyone, she made Russet's temper rise up.
"Uh huh... How about the fact that you didn't even ask? You just barged in?" He pointed out. It wasn't really something that was brought up. The barging yes, but asking permission beforehand? Not really. "You clan cats chase loners and such off your territory regularly. Why shouldn't we offer you the same..." He curled his lip. "Hospitality?"
He huffed. "I will admit, this argument is a bit... Repetitive. Both sides have some... I will admit, fair points. The fact remains. We are at odds and unlikely to come to an agreement due to the lot of you, not exactly being the most polite uninvited guests." He narrowed his eyes. "You're not like some loners passing by, just looking for a quick rest after traveling. You practically demand of us. Why do we have to give to you, like it's some special right given to you from some higher power?" He knew that some cats... Did believe in some higher power. Not him. It was just some stupid pride-related thing that clouded proper judgement.

tigerblaze, eerily quiet in the heat of dissension, frowned deeply as she held herself near the outskirts of the gathering crowd. the stand-off drew her attention, quick to react to robinstar’s first uttered words and the strange scent of loner wafting into their temporary habitation. both groups argued back and forth with the same points, but neither side could seem to agree on one solution. it was all very riveting, but tigerblaze had never been a patient cat.
unable to withhold her tongue—or her claws any further—the striped warrior made her way through the throng. fur struggling to lay flat against her slight figure, tigerblaze interjected with an irritated, “so are we going to fight or leave each other alone? i’m getting tired of dancing around the decision.” she surveyed the band of outsiders. the tension buzzed thickly between all of them, and really, tigerblaze was more than willing to rip through it with her claws. after all, this entire debacle had woken her up from a good nap. to the tenacious warrior, that was more than enough reason to attack.

Eli fell silent, his chin raised as he listened to the Clans argue. Most, it seemed, didn't want a fight, though at this point it seemed inevitable. What a shame. Now, the long-furred tom wasn't violent—no. Just because one enjoyed the adrenaline, the thrill, that came with fighting did not mean they were violent. He wouldn't attack a cat without motive or reason, but being a rogue and being in DeathClan had showed him how it felt to be caught up in the midst of a battle. And to Eli, that feeling was refreshing, even with the pain that sometimes came after. Though, after many years of practice and building up muscle, the large tom was great at it. So, he watched the chaos unfold. However, he turned his head towards the tabby female (Tigerblaze) when she spoke. Her, he agreed with. He'd rather get this argument over with, whether that meant with a fight or with the Clan leaving (as he would not let them take over the Rovers' barn). He turned towards Robinstar again, curious as to what he'd say on the matter. After a moment he turned to Rainer. "I agree with Stripey. We need to get this over with, one way or another."

(SORRY THIS IS SO LATE IVE BEEN REALLY BUSY AJSJJDJSJA)
Robinstar watched as chaos unfolded before him, clanners and loners shouting at each other from across some invisible border of grass. The day had been peaceful just moments before—quiet, warm and still—until the Rovers had showed up to ruin everything. He looked on with an unloving expression, watching the cat that seemed to be in charge, and the one beside him. The fluffy one seemed to be itching for a fight, but the rest of them were more iffy on the subject—it was clear they were ready and able to, however.
"We won't leave," the leader said, raising his chin. "We don't want to fight, but if it comes down to one, so be it. We aren't leaving." IceClan was full of sick and injured cats who couldn't walk, much less travel across the loner territory in search for a new place to stay. And clearly the loners wanted IceClan out, whether it be by choice or force.

Clove had been sitting in the corner studying the new comers, though they had bold words she wasn't impressed; they looked starved and rugged. She listening to the few rude or good willing comments until the voice of the higher ranked cat of the Rovers made his say. She tensed as it was almost time to fight or run. She pulled her feet out from under her self and narrowed her optics, just as the tention reached a point there leader? spoke. She let out a small hiss, how dare he declare they weren't to leave. However she new her place, crouching she awaited the signal of there own leader.

Crevicefrost was growing tired of all the arguing. The mackerel brown tabby glanced at her clanmates. They were all tired and maybe even sick. If it did come to a fight many lives would be lost. But also they could not leave to travel farther into loner territory. Crevicefrost did not want to see another cat die in front of her eyes since she had experienced it before. The mackerel brown tabby scanned the other cats. Crevicefrost hoped that there would not be a fight and everything could be solved in peace. The other cats seemed to be getting hostile so it was a high chance that it would end up in one. Crevicefrost stood and waited for orders from Robinstar.

Icepaw crouched down and started to find a cat mea her size, though no cats had the smallish build. She hissed at the Rovers cat comment.
