Woollyheart and Lakepaw Melodysong was so happy to finally be a mother. She loved kits, and didn't get annoyed with them unlike some warriors did. Admittedly, she was quite young for a queen. In fact, she herself was one of the youngest queens she'd ever heard of. She knew some cats doubted her parenting ability, but she knew she'd be awesome. She loved her kits more than anything in the world, and wanted to get to know them better. She'd been busy training Wolfpaw, and her little ones were already growing up so quickly! She looked around the farm's makeshift nursery, aka her current residence, and called for her kits. "Wollykit! Lakekit! Come here! Who wants to play a game?" she said, and waited for their responses.

Woollykit's white ears pricked at the sound of his and Lakekit's names. It was their mother Melodysong. Enthusiastic, the young kit ran towards the other snowy coloured feline.
"Yes please!" He giggled in response to her question. He loved games.

Lakekit's tufted ears pricked up when she heard her mother's gentle voice. The long-furred kitte smiled. "I do! I do!" Lakekit exclaimed. "I'd love to play a game." The pale gray tabby added quickly before lashing her fluffy tail. "So what are we going to play?" The kitten asked her mother, ears pricked up to hear her reply. She hoped that Woollykit would want to play too.

"Awesome!" she said to her kits. "I was thinking we could play warriors, if that's alright with you two?" she would normally ask for their opinions, but she didn't want them to argue or anything like that.

"That's alright with me." He stated in response before looking at Lakekit and awaiting her opinion.

Lakekit let out a tiny purr. "I'd love to play warriors, it's my favourite game!" The long-furred pale gray kitten replied. "Could I be Lakesong warrior of IceClan" She liked the second part of her mother's name. The pale gray tabby waited for Melodysong to speak

"Awesome! And yes, Lakekit, Lakesong is a fabulous name!" she replied, thrilled that her daughter wanted to use 'song' in her name. Melodysong turned to Woollykit. "Now, who would you like to be?" she asked her eldest kit.

Lakekit looked up at her mother. "Me and Woollykit will be the best warriors in the forest!" The pale gray tabby kitten exclaimed, her eyes shining. Lakekit then decided to start the game. "Oh no! FireClan is attacking the nursery!" The tabby kit meowed before launching herself into the air, attempting to land on an imaginary warrior.

Melodysong laughed. "Yes, here they come! Woollykit, help me sneak up on him from behind!" she whispered, and moved around to another imaginary FireClan warrior. She glanced at Woollykit, waiting for him to make the first move.
