Dustpaw smiled gently, preferring Sorrelpaw's description to his own, "that's a cool way of describing it," he meowed, feeling a little better about listening in on conversation now. Still, he knew he would probably continue to feel guilty the next time he did it. Although to be fair, the pale brown apprentice tended to feel guilty about most things he did.

Betrayal is a very common thing... even from the best of friends Sorrelpaw nodded. "This is something two legs do, hiding guilt with new words. For example, I've heard that rather than calling pig pig, they call it ham before they eat it." she said. "I'll never understand two legs, but that doesn't mean I can't use some of their methods."

Dustpaw scrunched up his nose, "ham?" he tipped his head to the side, "what a funny word. Two-legs sure are strange. I wonder if they're intelligent? I mean, they seem to survive well enough, so they must be somewhat clever, right? But they do do the strangest things sometimes, it makes me question it," his whiskers twitched thoughtfully.
He wasn't completely sure what two-legs looked like exactly, he had only ever gotten vague descriptions. From what he gathered, they were like big hairless cats that walked on their hind-paws? He had also heard that they lacked tails as well. The image was rather strange, and he often wondered how they survived with their odd bodies and weird habits.

Betrayal is a very common thing... even from the best of friends "I don't even know what they look like, but from discriptions, if they were so smart, wouldn't they learn to walk on four legs like any one wiht self respect would?" Sorrelpaw said, jumping onto her hind legs for a moment before falling over. "I can't imagine what it would be like to be on hind legs all day." Dustpaw chuckled, "I know right?" his grin widened when he heard he heard a shifting from where Sorrelpaw was, deducing that she must've tried standing on her hind-legs like he heard two-legs did. He tried doing the same, but finding that the weight on his legs was uncomfortable and threw off his balancing, forcing to falling back onto fall fours. "I would assume it would be painful," the pale brown apprentice mused, flopping into a sitting position and running his tail along one of his back-legs.

Betrayal is a very common thing... even from the best of friends Sorrelpaw laughed softly. "They always seem pretty unhurt to me. And cats always land on their feet, so what happens when Twolegs fall down?" WORDS WORDS HERETAGGED OPENNOTES NOTES HEREtemplate by Margie @ Adoxography 2.0

Dustpaw's whiskers twitched happily when he heard the she-cat's soft laugher, glad she was seemingly enjoying herself. I would assume they land on their faces," the pale brown tom mewed, wondering what that would look like. Probably a bit comical, "they do have forepaws though, or so I've heard. But, from what I've heard about them, I would assume that they'd be to clumsy to land on them properly."

Betrayal is a very common thing... even from the best of friends Sorrelpaw nodded. "I've heard that they use forepaws like mouths. They lift stuff. I have only heard of the kits being on four legs. Maybe they are smarter when their younger... It would make some sense." WORDS WORDS HERETAGGED OPENNOTES NOTES HEREtemplate by Margie @ Adoxography 2.0
