Fang was having well a normal day. Training wrapped up for the day, but he didn't wish to head back just yet. He turned and padded into the prairie. After a while of following moons of trodden paths he recodnised his destination. TreeClan Boarder. Tilting his head, he smiled. Wind made the leafs from the towering trees rustle creating a pleasant sound. He sat down enjoying the melody of nature. Then *crack* instantly opening his eyes and scanning he spotted the intruder of his peace. "Greetings" he called out. Not in any mood to be hostile.

Moon wasn't having a good day.
He was prowling along the border shared with Fireclan. He wondered if he'd see the Traitor. Maybe he could rip out her throat and feel the flavor of her blood on his tongue. Heh. Only good thing that fox-heart would be good for would be a few moments of pleasure. He refused to remember the good times they'd had before she'd betrayed them. Sunheart stayed silent, but listened for once. That... Brief encounter with Starry had convinced him to at least keep an eye on Moon.
The rather strong murderlust for their former mate alarmed Sunheart. He wasn't sure if he had the strength, but he had to keep Moon from hurting anyone. True, Moon was the stronger and more confident one. But... Sunheart knew it would be unforgivable if Moon did something like irreversibly harm someone.
Moon of course, was oblivious to Sunheart's thoughts. He still thought the bright-eyed tom was dormant. Moon hissed openly as he stepped on a twig. His gaze snapped to some Fireclanner. He licked his lips. He wondered...
He wondered if he could just reach across the border for just a quick nick. One little drop of blood to hold him over until he could kill that Traitor with his own claws.
"Hello."
((This came out more psychotic than I thought it would.))

Fang watched with a puzzled expression as finaly the fellow tom spoke. Tilting his head, he didn't have a name to pair with this males face. Dipping his head with respect he asked,"What might I call you?" he watched not sure if he was hostile or not he seemed a bit edge and was making fang feel a bit unsettled. |

Moon cocked his head with an admittedly creepy smirk if you asked Sunheart.
"Moon." He almost purred. He hid a forepaw behind his other foreleg. The hidden paw's claws slid out subtly. He could probably reach across the border and slice his throat. Though, if he came to rat him out... Well, according to the rest of Treeclan, there were no golden tabbies named Moon.
Sunheart didn't really like this line of thought that Moon was going in, but he was glad that Moon wasn't going to attack a Fireclanner in his name. Hopefully... He'd be able to muster up the strength to stop Moon in time.

(haha Alright Alright You win) He tilted his head "Just Moon?" he gave a smile. This feline seemed on the crazy end of things. Well Fang didn't feel for his life in fact was almost bemused. "I could have sworn you were SunHeart of Treeclan but i guess there are other gold tabbys" he gave a grin totally clueless. He noticed a tension of the other males musils. Claws? He narrows his optics. "I will be Frank with you buddy I'm having a decent day and if you change that things might not end to pretty" he growled. He dug his claws into sand earth showing he knew what was up. "Can we not just have a civil conversation?" |

Moon rolled his eyes.
Ugh, of course this tom HAD to know the name of little Sunheart. Fortunately, he seemed to believe there were more gold tabbies... Which he supposed wasn't that farfetched. A tom with a golden pelt had recently achieved apprenticeship. The darker furred tom seemed to catch on to what Moon wanted. "Well... A day for me isn't perfect without a little blood." He purred. "Especially that of a Fireclanner." Sunheart was beginning to worry. Would he have to catch Moon before he went too far so soon...?

(Sorry I guess thats a form of powerplayish or something. Though being as old as the two toms are and Fang being from and knowing lots of Treeclanners it would be simple for him to have at least heard of the male. Sunny him self)
Fang didn't like the feeling that seemed to grow from the tension. He narrowed his optics as the male finaly spoke. "A little blood never did hurt anyone I Suppose" He growled. Getting to his paws, he flicked his tail the lashing movment sent him on edge. "I've got new's for you, Moon. This fireclanner likes his blood right where it is" he snapped. Loosing his cool for the moment being he wasn't a fan of being theatened let alone by members of his birth clan. He noticed the glint in the fellow tom's eyes he wasn't kidding knowing he was only adding to the fire he sat down with a sudden change of emotion. Wisdom would win over those whom rushed. "How bout another day, I'd rather blood not be shed." though he didn't pose whose blood it was he was still a bit to proud to let such a thing slip. |

Moon purred.
He chuckled lightly. "Yeah, that's not happening." He meowed softly. The tabby took a step closer to the edge of the border, thankfully not quite crossing it. It would be so easy... To just reach across the border and swipe his claws through the darker tabby's flesh. Or... Maybe he'd have to cross.
Sunheart was getting worried. Moon was seriously considering trespassing all for attacking someone who clearly didn't want to fight. His thoughts drifted back to his loved ones... Sunsetshadow and Vixenleap both fought. Starry.... She.... She knew he was still here.
Their body collectively tripped, somehow miraculously not faceplanting across the border.
As the golden tabby clumsily got back to his paws... It was a little weird having to move his limbs again... But remembered well enough. He blinked, eyes so much brighter and softer than just a few moments ago, he backed up quickly away from the border, managing to land on his rump. Nervousness prickled along his pelt as Moon screamed in his ears.
"E-Eheh.... G-Gotcha...." He laughed nervously, hoping he could play this off as a joke. It was admittedly extremely flimsy but hopefully it would work. "Eh... You w-were right!" He stumbled over every other word, slightly worried after what Moon did the Fireclanner wouldn't back down. "I-I'm Sunheart... A-And u-uh.... I didn't r-really wanna fight....." He shifted uncomfortably.
Cloudclan... How was he going to fix this?

Fang watched, with wide eyed confusion. He tensed when the physio drew closer and nearly jumped when *thunk* the male suddenly face planted... what the... He said nothing as the golden hued tabby got to his feet in a clumsy motion and seemed to be shaking with nervousness, even a hint of fear seemed to be in plat. Fang had no idea what had just happened. Suddenly the blood thirsty cat before him had fallen face first and all of the sudden wanted to be buds. Maybe the fall had knocked some sense into him? fang thought. "Got me you did" he still wasn't to sure about this feline... "Thats good to here, however next time you play something like that I would watched your back most FireClaners would have loved such a challenge" he gave a ghost of a smile. If he was fireclan maybe. He didn't move but he was a little ruffled up all that tension was surly making him older by the moment he joked internally. "Well SunHeart, I guess whats up with the Moon name?" he said realizing that his suspicion had been right after all thought it was more of a wild guess. |

Thank Cloudclan the Fireclanner seemed to buy it....
Sort of. Sunheart got the feeling he was still a bit wary, but at least he seemed fine. He was worried that Fangshadow would see through him and realize the truth about Moon, though for now he didn't seem to know at all. He just... He just needed to keep Moon at bay, despite the screaming in his ears and mind. Surprisingly, Moon wasn't able to steal back control. Then again, Sunheart didn't want what seemed to be a perfectly nice tom to suffer at Moon's mercy, which he suspected didn't exist.
"E-Eheh... Good advice." The tabby responded nervously, though he seemed to be relaxing somewhat. "U-Uh... Old nickname from my e-e-ex." He stumbled over the title 'ex' because it was so new and... Well, it still hurt.

FangShadow was a bit confused by all the emotions the fellow warrior was expressing he went from being a hot headed idiot to well a frightend kitten with the means to acctualy answer him. He nodded when the male said something about it being good advice it was getting a bit hard to understand as all the stuttering seemed to get worse. "Ex? Well I guess it's an interesting name. Oh and sorry I guess" he thought he spoted a form of sadness or regrett as the male spoke of the former she-cat in his life. "So Moon, or Sunheart what do you wish for me to call you?Can I make up my own name for you while we're at it?" he purred amused with him self or at least the other cat. "How bout sky oh wait I got it Star!" he hoped by adding something other than threats would help the strange meeting these two seemed to be having. |

Sunheart's heart was beating faster and faster.
"No!" He burst out suddenly. Then he looked like a deer caught in headlights and his ears folded back submissively. He immediately backpedaled. "I-I mean... Please d-don't call me that. I'd prefer e-eh.... Sky. O-Or maybe just Sunny?" He suggested, sounding rather shaken.
Star was two letters away from the old nickname he gave to Fadingnight. It still hurt. He still didn't know why she left. Was it him? Did he do something wrong?

His eyes went wide. He pulled his ears up with a surrender look he shook his head "Of course, sorry I didn't mean anything by it" he had only been teasing he didn't mean to make the poor guy freak out. Though fang wasn't all to sure why he did. He nodded. "Alright I think I'll stick with Sunny then." In taking a deep breath he shifted this guy was throwing fang off. "So Sunny, how is TreeClan? or you, how are you doing" he offered up a conversation at this point it would be interesting if it even held. |

Sunheart was thankful that Fangshadow was respectful of his desire to be called Sunny versus....
That other name. He tried to focus on what Fangshadow was asking. "O-Oh.... It's alright. A little lonely... B-But I'm okay." He assured the Fireclan tom. "E-Er... What about you?" His speech was steadily becoming more relaxed and less choppy.

He tilted his head, though not offering his usual smile he listened. "Thats good to hear' he paused as the lonely part entered. "Lonely? thats not to good." he didn't press but brought it up so he could dispell if he pleased on it. He smiled look a real conversation has just accrued. "I'm great actualy, as is the Clan" he tilted his head to the other side. "Sunny, tell me about you self if thats not to nosy of me of course" |
