Pain

Natalia was currently making a strong effort to avoid Jude. 

Fortunately, there was quite an amount of territory that she could occupy where Jude wasn't to aid her endeavor. Jude was only one cat... And Natalia was being careful. She even slept away from her den and nest if necessary. It was a bit... Restless and at times uncomfortable, but the ginger tabby felt it necessary. One day... Jude would stop and things would be okay.

Even if she wasn't okay.

Unfortunately, in her quest to avoid her only friend... She ran into a more unsavory character. She narrowed her eyes and folded her ears back, keeping up her usual attitude to prevent Pain from seeing what was ailing her.

"... Hi."

[Pain]

Pain was tiered his territorial expansion plan with dove was taking up his nights to enforce soon the loners there were no buts. He was constantly falling asleep. Pain woke up from his half sleep. "oh hey you" he said looking up before his head flopped over and his body slouched.

[Natalia]

Natalia thought Pain looked like he was about to pass out.

She cocked a fictional eyebrow. She decided to tell him exactly what she thought. "You look like you're going to pass out." She meowed, even as she resisted rubbing her neck which admittedly felt a uncomfortably stiff. Sleeping on some random pile of dirt wasn't exactly part of the recipe for a good night's rest.

[Pain]

"I'm working 247 of course I do" he sighed.

((Heeheehee makes it fun, does it not? Well... You RP Scarlett, right? I RP Thomas and Scarlett doesn't seem to like him much lol))

Natalia wondered if it would be overstepping her bounds to ask.

She cleared her throat. "Care to share?" There. A choice. It'd be fine... Right?

[Pain]

((honestly Scarlett is just to prideful XD))

Pain glanced up. "..sure..." he said cautiously

[Natalia]

Natalia sat down.

"Then, talk." She meowed, trying to not make it sound like an order. 

((lol))

[Pain]

"I'm expanding the territory into the plains but it calls for constant patrolling." He explained with a sigh. He felt that he had no need to share the details.

[Natalia]

Natalia nodded.

She understood. The loners that lived in the plains... Well, their patch of neutral land had been largely undisturbed for more or less... Forever. They'd likely be difficult especially if they'd made their dens in the stretch of land Pain was working to make a claim on for Deathclan.

"I assume Dove asked you to do this?" She remembered Dove mentioning the territory expansion into the plains during that meeting.

[Pain]

Pain had suggested the strategy they were using but then again " yes it was dove's idea" he replied blankly.

[Natalia]

Natalia simply nodded again.

"... Dove's making changes around here. You think it'll achieve the effect she's going for?" She asked. Regardless of how much she didn't like Pain, he was one of the older members aside from Dove. He'd probably know these sorts of things.

[Pain]

"with help, yes, I believe she can achieve it" he said grooming his ripped pelt.

[Natalia]

Natalia cocked a fictional eyebrow.

"And I suppose you think you can be that help." She guessed.

[Pain]

"yes and no" he said. "i can offer strategy and advice but besides that its up to her." Pain was tired of pushing cats away. he didn't have to get close to them but being a jerk was useless.

[Natalia]

Natalia only nodded.

That made sense. Alright, so maybe she was put off a lot by Pain's jerkiness. Thankfully, it seemed he was probably too tired to work up the effort at the moment. She yawned.
