Silverwhisker Silverwhisker was glad to assess one of her sons, but felt someone else could probably do a better job. She tried her best to not push herself down too much before the day started, so she walked to the apprentices' den and called, "Windpaw?" The tabby gave many assessments before, she thought with a smile, with each one she'd never get a failed one.

He heared the voice of his kind mother, and gave a small smile before actual opening his eyes. Once getting up and giving a small stretch to comply with his aching muccels. He padded out side to join his replacement mentor. "Morin Mother," he paused he was proud to have her give the assessment in fact he hoped she would take more pride in him this way. He felt a bit insecure since she had so many kits and all. "Are we all set to go?"

Silverwhisker Silverwhisker sat down and thought, I can't go easier on him.. That's what a good mentor would do. The tabby nodded with a smile, "We're all ready, unless you want to take a small snack." She nodded to him and walked toward the entrance to wait.

He nodded as he was offered breakfast. Of course he was to nervous to eat so he trailed behind her. "What's the plan for today's assessment?" he was uncertain if she being him mum would take things easier or make them harder to prove she was a better than good mentor.

Silverwhisker Silverwhisker re-thought the plan she usually used for her assessments, and then nodded when he asked, "At first, I need you to catch three different types of prey, and after that, you'll need to find me for a quick spar." The tabby started out into the territory, then sat on a small patch of dirt, "You can start when you're ready. Any questions?"

He nodded as it was given to him. Today's quest and or agenda. "No I don't believe I have any questions. So I guess i'll be off" He gave a warm smile to his mother. Then turned to bound into the hunting grounds. He was large like his father, not something he liked all to much. Alright, lets see. He lifted head high to scent anything in the distance. Yes! He could pick up strong trace of rabbit. He now in a serious mode crouched and made his way to the prey. Pausing to make sure wind and surrounding was in his favor he attacked. Success he buried it and headed off on another not to faint trail.

Silverwhisker Silverwhisker watched as he started off, then shortly after, followed in a slower pace to watch him. Noticing rabbit, she knew he'd find the scent and animal soon, and tried to stay a close distance.

As he traced the scent down till he was able to find the little critter he kept his large frame and paws in check. Hunting like his father had taught him. Pausing one moment to let the vole eat its last bits of food he lept and met perchase. Making a quick kill, he grinned. That was another one down for the count. Shifting he was about to burrie the food when he remembered it happened to be his mohers favorite. He turned around and layed it gently down offering it to her. Before continuing.

Silverwhisker Silverwhisker blinked a few times, Another nice catch. She noticed he placed it down, as if offering it, and she sighed, I'd like to but someone like Rainlight might need it more. She decided if it wasn't taken today, she'd probably share it with someone. Getting distracted, she frowned, then covered the vole with some dried grass before following after again.
