give me time and give me space Woollypaw blushed with embarrassment, quickly sheathing his claws.
"Umm thanks," He continued, "I'll try again." and with that, he strook again.
-Idk is it striked or strook?-/div]

Icepaw smiled nodding when he corrected himself but spoke. "I should have told you before." She admitted.
"Go ahead strike again." She meowed.

give me time and give me space -whelp it looks like Ice is now Woolly's official mentor-
Woollypaw nodded and tried the strike again, making sure that his claws were sheathed this time He purred when he finished, feeling a lot more confident with that one more than the last. "How was that?"

-yeah I guess so.-
Icelily wasn't ready for Woollypaw's attack and was stroke in the muzzle and smiled proudly. "That was a wonderful strike, now I'm gonna show you an attack." She laid on her back. "Now stand on top of me and pretend you have me pinned." She meowed.
When she was ready she started batting Woollypaw in the face only softly and then kicked out with her hind legs. "This move is useful when your in a disadvatage.

give me time and give me space -Shall we double this up as an official training thread?-
Woollypaw purred, proud when Icelily said that his strike was 'wonderful' as she had worded it. He did as she said and stood on top of her, feeling bad about possibly getting her nice white fur dirty, but wanting to learn a little more than give her a small inconvenience.
He felt a little awkward when his face was batted at, but lost the expression when he was kicked at. He fell off and wobbled a little but still managed to stay standing. "Would you like me to try?"

-yea we can do that.-
Icelily purred when he was happy he did well on the move and began licking her white pelt of dirt and waited for Woollypaw to get in position. "Yea you can try." She nodded and stood over him. "Now try it."

give me time and give me space -'Kay. 'Cause the same thing would just happen if we made another anyway so it would seem spammy-
"Alright," Woolypaw spoke, laying down on the floor and rolling onto his back, curly fur getting all messy and knotted up in the process. The apprentice was a little irritated that there was mud in his fur as it was very difficult to clean but he just focused his mind on what was happening.
He looked up at Icelily for a while before copying her actions. Batting at her face a little less gentle than she had done, but still trying to to cause harm and began to kick at her with his hind legs.

-true true-
Icelily smiled as Woollypaw attacked her and made her fall off of him and land a few fox lengths away. Landing on her paws she purred proudly as she watch him get up. "Your pelts a little dirty, you wanna go find a clear water puddle and clean off. White fur sucks." She laughed.

give me time and give me space "Ugh yeah, sure." Woollypaw repied, looking at all the dirt entangled in his tight curls. White fur did suck, and it was even worse when it was curly. But hopefully, the water would temporarily straighten it a little, long enough for him to get the dirt out.
"Lead the way," He smiled warmly, still looking at his tangled fur.

Icelily nodded and led the way to the puddle she would use to clean her pelt when her fur got messy. Finally as they turned around the corner of the den and directed her apprentice/friends gaze to the puddle. It was rather large and could fit five warriors.
"Come on." She meowed leaping into the water making a small splash. Her white fur began to stick up in the water. "That was fun."

give me time and give me space Woollypaw smiled as they finally reached the puddle. He couldn't wait to get his fur wet. The young tom loved the water and the fact that it would straighten his fur out a little made it even better.
He laughed when Icelily jumped into the large puddle with a splash, some of the water going on his face and a little up his nose, but it didn't bother him. The curly-haired tom also jumped into the water, laughing as it went all over him, making his long fur fall over his eyes.

"Your doing great in battle training. Soon we can move onto hunting and then your assesment." She smiled and then laughed when his fur covered his eyes. "Your fur straightened out!" She smiled swimming out of the water.
"How about we do hunting training? Your battle training is ready, and you learn more as you experament." She suggested.

give me time and give me space "Okay," Woollypaw purred, happy that he was being trained now, even if he was pretty late into his apprenticehood, "I can't wait 'till I'm a warrior, I wanna be called Woollypath."
He laughed a little too, replying, "Yeah," He continued, "But it'll be even curlier once it's dry... It's a real pain sometimes." He then answered her suggestion, "Yeah sure, I'm up for hunting a little. I tried to catch a mouse onnce but I scared it off by accident."

"Woollypath would suit you well." She smiled as his excitment rose. "I know you'll make a great warrior." She purred and led him to the meadow area near the barn where there were plenty of prey.
"The prey here is plentiful, first let me see your hunters crouch." She meowed lowering herself to the ground in her own and waited for him to try.

give me time and give me space "Thanks," Woollypaw purred, a large smile one his face as his ocean eyes blinked a few times. He followed Icelily to the barn, already knowing how to get there yet nt realising that it was their destination.
"Alright," He replied, crouching down the best he could, however, his paws were a little far apart, but other than that it was an alright crouch. The crouch wasn't his biggest struggle. He struggled with keeping quiet around prey- he guessed excitement got over him.
