"Because it's fun to go for the face. You could potentially make someone really ugly." He paused. "In your case, it'd be considered making your face look like your personality." He tumbled back under her weight when she launched at him.

[Patch]

Patch didn't respond, her eyes turned from fear to dullness. She didn't attack, she didn't want to fight, why did Icepaw say that she thought fights were somehow fun? It was heartbreaking. She backed away from the tom.

"You don't know me at all." She melded quickly, standing still.

Jude quickly got to his paws when she backed off. He faced her, ready to attack, though it looked like she had something different in mind. "I know you're a rotten little snake, and that's enough for me." He didn't see where she was going with this.

[Patch]

Patch sighed, letting another insult get to her head. "I'm a rotten little snake that used to be someone, but I guess she has left me, along with the others." She said, tears starting to form. "Just finish this fight so I can leave, get it over with."

Jude stared at her, claws immediately sheathing. He couldn't stand to see anyone cry, even if he hated them. "Don't cry." He said quietly, looking down. 'She'll be fine. I didn't hurt her too badly.' Taking one last look at her, he turned and walked away. 'Did I really bring her to tears?' He didn't think she'd take the insults to heart, though now he felt like a huge jerk. 'Oh well.'

[Patch]

Patch sat down, watching Jude start to walk away. She blocked half of her face with her tail, letting all of her emotions go. "S-Sorry... For everything." She called after Jude, her throat tightening. She felt her pelt growing bloody, oh well, she'll fix it later.

Jude visibly flinched as he heard her voice. He couldn't leave someone in that state... He just couldn't. He was too soft.

Heaving a sigh, he returned to her and took a seat, ignoring her apology. He still wasn't done being angry with her. "What's wrong?" His insults couldn't have done all that. She looked and sounded like she was falling apart.

[Patch]

Memories started rushing into Patch's head, both lives cycled through. "Everything. I feel like I've done nothing but hurt, my sister probably is depressed without me, Pain has broken bits in his mind by my existence, Riverpaw is going to be scarred by my actions. Everything is wrong with me."

(Patch is just being plain depressed and I'm just here waiting for the next SU episode)

Jude frowned as she explained. 'That's rough.' "Not everything. You can always change things around." He said, trying to meet her gaze. Maybe her eyes would reveal if she was faking this or not. "C'mon. It's going to be okay."

[Patch]

Patch raised her head, staring straight at Jude. "Why are you being nice? Like you said, I'm a rotten snake." She asked, lowering her tail. She shook her head and went on with the terrible memories almost screeching at her.

"Because I don't like seeing you upset. It's not like you, as far as I can tell." Jude looked around them, wondering if anyone was watching. It wouldn't be too surprising.

[Patch]

Patch's breath stopped for a second, she felt defenseless, but Jude could slash her in the throat for all she cared right now, she was just happy she was talking passively with the rouge. "Like I said, you don't know a lot about me." She murmured.

[Deleted]

"Yeah, I know. I just thought you were different." He started to turn. "I'm going to leave. Just get it together." He couldn't believe he'd actually bothered to see if she was okay.

[Patch]

Patch blinked. She smiled weakly and wiped to tears with her tail. "Well, I'm different in lots of ways, that doesn't mean I'm crazy or evil." She meowed, turning away and heading off. As she had her face away, she frowned and let the recent conversation get to her head.
