Autumn

Serenity walked alone into a big city full of twolegs. She had never been there before, and moved very cautiously through the buildings, eventually coming to a stop when there were just too many two legs to keep walking. She wasn't sure quite where to go, and she could smell the twolegs, other cats, some dogs, and a lot of weird meat that she knew was probably ediable, but would not want to try. She glanced up and saw another cat who seemed like she belonged there. "Hello?" she called as she walked up.

[Autumn]

Autumn was laying on top of her twoleg's fence, trying to relax in the sun. It was quite noisy since the streets were busy today. The light brown tabby kittypet yawned as sunlight touched her pelt. But then Autumn froze when she spotted a white she-cat padding towards her. Her ears flattened and she stared in horror. 'It's one of the wildcats that eat house cats for lunch.' Autumn thought before her eyes widened at the unfalimular cat. Autumn leaped into her garden and tried to hide somewhere.

Serenity followed the other cat, confused at why she was running. Maybe the other cat did want her to follow. "I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just curious about... This place. It's a twoleg village, right?" she asked when she could see the other cat.

[Autumn]

Autumn backed from the white cat. "Please stop following me." The light brown tabby whimpered. "I know what your going to do. I know that wildcat's like you eat house cats." Autumn murmured before dashing towards the fence and quickly trying to climb up it. 'I have to get away.' The light brown tabby thought.

Serenity tilted her head. "What do you mean? Why would I eat you. I only eat Rabbits and birds and mice. Sometimes fish, but never other cats." she said, jumping up a post and onto the other fence easily, but having some trouble balancing on the fence. "Man, how do you do that?"

[Autumn]

Autumn cocked her head. "I've tried bird before." The light brown tabby murmured before looking at the she-cat with amber eyes. "Well I've had a lot of practice and I use my tail for balance." Autumn told her before staring at the other she-cat. "Are you sure that you won't eat me?"

"Wait, you've never had mouse before?" she asked, almost falling off the fence. She tried using her tail differently and it worked. "I guess this is a bit harder than rock ridges." she said, looking down and getting a jolt in her tummy. "I'm sure I don't eat other cats. And I don't know anyone who would." she laughed.

[Autumn]

Autumn shook her head.

"No, why should I even even hunt mice. I've got plenty of food in my housefolk's den. She even gives me fish scraps sometimes." The light brown tabby murmured. Autumn looked at her not really believing that she would not attack her.

"Sometimes? Fish scraps? What do you mean? What do you get on the... Not sometimes?" she asked, rather curious. "And what do they give you if not fresh foods?

[Autumn]

Autumn sighed.

"I get house cat food, it does not look too tasty but it actually is." The light brown tabby answered before flicking her ears. "Why do you even want to know?" Autumn asked.

Serenity looked at Autumn like she was an alien. "Because you've never had real food before? I don't know. And I suppose you have something crazy like you don't drink water either?" she asked, really freaked out about this.

[Autumn]

Autumn narrowed her eyes.

"I do drink water, everyone around here does!" The kitty meowed before sighing and staring at the other she-cat. "I've had real food before!"

Serenity nodded. "Ok. What have you had? Oh wait, bird and some fish scraps. How could any cat live without eating a mouse?" she asked, shaking her head. "I'm Serenity by the way. What is your name?"

[Autumn]

Autumn nodded.

"Cats can survive without hunting." The light brown tabby told her before looking at the white she-cat. "I never heard of the name Serenity before. I'm Autumn." She mewed.

"Hello Autumn. That's a really pretty name." she said, not wantinf too, but knowing it was best to drop the food subject.
