Sky

Serenity sat  quietly  on her own, grooming her pelt when she looked up suddenly, ears perking. "Who goes there" she called, not quite sure how she knew another cat was there, but having the odd sense that someone was coming near. She rolled her eyes. Since when did she listen to odd senses. She for a moment though in case someone was there watching.

[Sky]

Sky trotted through the terrain, keeping her paw steps light and hesitant. Since she hadn't been here long every step was a challenge at trying to keep herself from making noise or falling. Sky quickly caught the scent of another cat, ready to turn in the other direction before she was called out.

"Sky." She called out hesitantly, stepping towards the female but keeping her distance.

"Sky? Nice to meet you." she said, not bothering to introduce herself. She rarely did, rather perfering to let them call her what they wanted. That brought across many different nicknames that she'd perfer not to be called, but she didn't care. She didnt like other's knowing her name so they could betray her somehow. Names weren't necesary anyway. "You seem good at navigating the forest quietly."

[Sky]

" You too, Noname." She greeted, shaking out her fur roughly. It wasn't very odd that she didn't tell Sky her name, she understood. Sky shuffled lightly on her paws, still wary of her.

" I've had lots of practice." Sky swished her tail, not bothering to tell her how difficult it really was. She didn't want to tell her such a huge weakness, the one on her face was enough already.

Serenity thought for a moment, thinking back to what she had seen of Sky while she was still walking out of the forest. "Might be believable. But you were hesitant with every step. Unless you just haven't imporved your stratigy at all, I doubt that's true. I'll give you some credit though. You made less noise than most cats."

[Sky]

Sky flicked her ears forward, slightly surprised by her observations. " I see you're observant. Though I would suggest you watch your mouth with other cats, I don't suppose they would take your bluntness as well as I did." Sky suggested, keeping her ears alert. It may have sounded like a threat, but she was genuinely telling her to be careful. Though, with a mouth like that, she supposed Noname had been here much longer then she initially thought.

Serenity chose not to respond to that, keeping her mouth shut. It didn't really seem like a threat, more a piece of advice, and she didn't want to explain how she already knew that but didn't bother following it. "Serenity." she said instead, letting the other cat take a guesss and see if she figured out it was her name

Sky flicked her ears, simply assuming it was her name. She doubted she had said it to ask for peace, that would just be weird. " Too bad, Noname suits you." She smiled sarcastically, testing her to see if she could take a joke or not, careful not to go to far as 'Noname' could possibly offend her.

Serenity shrugged. "Call me what you want. Can't really get worse than a cat saying I'm a cloud." she said, still amused at that one meeting. "What's the worse you've been called?" she shot back, not losing a beat.

[Sky]

Sky flicked her ear, slightly annoyed she couldn't see Serenity herself, the nickname either was that she was fluffy, white or possibly even grey. At least she still remembered colors, it was more then most blind cats could say. " Hmm... I've never really had a nickname other then 'scary monster thing'. That one was pretty creative." She gave her a toothy grin, sitting down softly on her haunches.

Serenity nodded, chosing her words carefully. "Yeah, very creative. Who even came up with that. As for myself I'll call you... nah, I'm not in the moo to come up with a nickname right now." she said, deciding to come up with one eventually, just not at the moment.

[Sky]

" Eh, I don't remember." Sky shrugged, not wanting the story to get too personal. " Well, as for you I think I will stick to calling you Serenity, if that's alright of course?" She faked her politeness, a mocking tone in her voice that wasn't meant to be aimed at Serenity.

Serenity heard the mock in the other cat's voice and bit her lip slightly. "Don't care." she said, chosing to ignore the mocking tone that she had heard. "You new to Deathclan?" she grunted.

[Sky]

" Newer, yes." Sky nodded, Serenity's tone had changed and she decided to take a step back, she needed allies, not enemies. " I assume you're not?" She stated, though it sounded like more of a question.

"It seems like only a short time." she said. "But yeah, quite a few moons. Maybe 5." she said, wincing as she tried to remember. 'Man, I've been hear a long time now, haven't I?' she asked herself.
