Vixenleap nodded slightly. "Eh, I'm just nervous by nature, I guess..." She shrugged, she heard slight whispers and shut her mouth.

Nightfall's gaze was suspicious. Vixenleap gave an answer that sounded more like an excuse. Then she seemed to get spooked and shut her mouth. "Don't lie."

Vixenleap lowered her ears, was she literally being called off by a much younger cat. She sighed and flicked her tail and stared at Nightfall for a second before responding. "Its fairly complicated... Basically, I'm scared of myself." She said, did that make sense? She didn't know.

Nightfall didn't quite understand the feeling of being scared of yourself. She wasn't even sure she had truly ever known fear. "I can't understand or empathize with your situation." She told Vixenleap bluntly. She'd never been one to sugarcoat things or lie. She never saw much need to.

Vixenleap glanced to the side and blinked. She shrugged and replied casually, "That's... Kinda good, I guess." The she-cat understood why the other warrior wouldn't really empathize or anything. She kept twitching a bit, desperate to leave for the territory again.

Nightfall didn't say anything at first. Her expression had remained rather neutral this entire time, aside from flickers of emotion in her eyes. She narrowed her eyes at Vixenleap. "Uncomplicate it."

Vixenleap edged away a bit when she spoke. "Um... Something in my head just makes me do bad stuff, okay?" She replied bluntly. She backed up again.

Nightfall knew she was making Vixenleap uncomfortably. She'd have to be careful not to scare the older warrior entirely. Then she'd lose her source of information. She cocked her head. "How literal is that?"

Vixenleap sighed, why was she even telling this to the warrior? She barely even knew them. Well, that really hasn't stopped her before. "About second mind literal." She shrugged.

Vixenleap narrowed her eyes a little. 'She can use this information against you. STOP HER.' Thorn hissed, a sharp pain shot through her ears. "You are a strange cat." She muttered. "But I am too, so I guess we're even."
