Natalia sighed. "... This is going to be a problem." She stated. This was... Well... Information that she knew Serenity would figure out sooner or later if she stayed in Deathclan. She didn't trust other's with her personal issues. This was not personal. This was a Deathclan issue.

"Why?" she asked, tilting her head. "If you don't mind sharing that is." she added, no snarkyness in her voice as there ussually would be if she said something of the sort.

[Natalia]

Natalia flattened her ears. "The cat I described is named Dove. She's the leader of Deathclan... Though I imagine not for long if she doesn't show up soon." She groaned. "Some ambitious rogue might try to take the empty position if Dove has disappeared."

Serenity tilted her head slightly. "Ok, but isn't this clan ussually run by ambitious rogues? I really don't see what effect that would have." she said. She really had no clue why that would be an issue, but then again, Dove was the only leader she'd ever had and didn't know how a change would effect thee clan.

Natalia rolled her eyes. "I don't like the idea of some random cat taking up the leadership. I need to know it's someone competent." She stated. "Besides, they might start changing up things." She huffed. "Hopefully if anyone, it's someone like Pain. I don't know if you met him... But we didn't particularly like each other at first. Eventually we became civil, though that's more of a recent development. I believe he's a leader I could follow." She answered honestly. She was not experienced with leadership shifts, though she could imagine easily.

Serenity thought for a moment. "Well, I don't really either, but I think if the leader is too bad, other cats would team up to overthrow them. I'm sure Deathclan as a whole has some standards." she responded.

[Natalia]

Natalia simply nodded. "I'm not sure... But I believe there was a leader before Dove. I believe he was murdered by some other cats... Then the leader position was empty." She shook her head. "I think the leadership position has been a bit... Less defined than it has been." She had a weird feeling that the leader of Deathclan hadn't been as feared and respected in a while...

Serenity nodded. "I'm pretty ssure at one point we were organized enough to go to war with the clans. I doubt that was with a leader such as we have now." she responded.

[Natalia]

Natalia sighed. "Yeah... I don't believe we've been capable of attacking the clans since Dove's predecessor." She admitted.

Serenity shook her head. "I think there was a different system for the leader at one point too, because Deathclan is too broken up to get around a messege of war." she frowned.

[Natalia]

Natalia shrugged. "Yeah... We're just sort of a bunch of rogues sharing the same general living area."

Serenity nodded. "Technically we were, or atleast I was, already doing that before I moved. Then I ended up here.

[Natalia]

Natalia shrugged. "Maybe things will change soon. Recently, I believe Dove tried to apply a ranking system. Though, there's nothing changed since we're apparently 'peasants.'" She explained, rolling her eyes at the term 'peasants.'

"Ranking systems are harder to understand. Just saying youngling and not youngling is much easier." she scrunched hher nose.

[Natalia]

Natalia huffed. "I believe it was meant to bring out potential, to encourage cats to prove themselves as a worthwhile addition to Deathclan." She explained, though it was clear she didn't think much of it.
