Buster lives with his twolegs.The only reason why he has bandanas is because the towlegs put them there.Only the runt got the bandannas.so Buuster sits on his fence board.

Venom was padding around the kittypet territory. She spotted the kittypet sitting on the fence. There are alot of kittypets.. She padded near the fence and looked up. She usually saw kittypets with collars around their necks, but this one had a bandana on its head. "Hello?" Venom called.
