@lightning123 Bellkit was having fun. He had checked and there were no rules about climbing the barn, so that was what he was doing. There wasn't a whole lot to do in the barn except imaginary things so Bellkit was imagining things. At this moment there was water rising quickly that threatened to drown him if he didn't speed up his climbing. He jumped from one wooden plank to a hole in the wall to a trellis in the roof. As he got to the roof he could figure out anywhere else to go. He was pretty much as high as he could get without somehow getting onto the roof, but at that moment Bellkit had no idea how. He looked down at his imaginary water, but instead saw the floor many tail lengths below him. He yelped and then began scrambling away from the middle of the trellis.
As he got back to the hole in the wall he jumped quickly so that he could get off of the skinny wooden beam that he hadn't realized might be dangerous. He could've gotten yelled at by a warrior for doing something so reckless! Bellkit grumbled and then remembered why he had been up there in the first place. He began to chuckle at the realization that he would have drowned in water had it actually been rising. He supposed that perhaps if it had actually been water then maybe he wouldn't have worried about the warriors getting mad at him or falling, maybe then he could have climbed up onto the roof, somehow. He began climbing back down, kind of disappointed and kind of amused at how everything had transpired. When his paws hit solid ground he looked up only to see that a cat was looking at him.

Lightningkit watched her brother way up high climbing on the barn. It seemed rather dangerous to her, and her neck was just starting to get sore from looking so far up when her brother started climbing down. "Hi Bellkit, watch ya doin?" she asked, tilting her head. "I didn't know we were allowed up there." (Sorry for shortness)

Bellkit had been expecting some warrior waiting to yell at him, but instead he found his sister Lightningkit sitting there. Her greeting was accompanied by a question as to what he was doing. Bellkit grinned at his sister. "Well I was simply just playing. It's pretty boring here sometimes." He explained. His grin was immediately replaced with grim horror as she stated that she wasn't aware they were allowed where he had just been. "Do you think I was breaking any rules? I didn't think it had been a rule!" Bellkit whispered, as if it was suddenly a secret where he had been and what he had been doing. The idea of getting in trouble terrified him. Hopefully Lightningkit wasn't going to tell on him.

Lightningkit laughed. "It's a rule alright. A rule of common sense. I get you though, it does get pretty boring. What were you doing up there, pretending the camp was flooded or something so you would die if you didn't do something that could nearly kill you?" she asked teasingly, having no clue how close she was to what he was actually doing. "It sound's like fun, let's go." she added, acctually really interested in trying, no matter what Bellkit was actually doing.

A rule of common sense? Could he get in trouble for breaking those? Oh goodness he was going to get in trouble wasn't he? Bellkit waited for the paws of Darkpool to reach up at drag him to where he belonged. He had broken a rule! Perhaps he was being a bit dramatic, but on the outside he just kind of gained a glassy stare as he internally panicked. Her guess was spot on though. How long had she been watching him? How much did she know? Bellkit snapped out of his downward spiral when she stated that they should play the game again. "No!" He blurted quickly, before he quieted down, "now that I know it's against the rules we can't do it. I mean I was playing the rising water game, and it was pretty fun, but the Warriors might yell at us! Then we'll be in trouble! And then we'll be exiled from the clan and die! Do you want to die?" He might be a bit over dramatic.

Lightningkit giggled. "First of all, that's not how being exiled works, it's aginst the warrior code to exile a kit. Second of all its not aginst clan rules, it's just not exactly sane to do something like that. But we kits are forced to imagine and do stuff like that to entertain ourselves. So why not?"

Bellkit supposed that she did make a good point. He gazed back up at the roof beams and grinned. "Okay, as long as we won't get in trouble I'm in." It had been pretty fun climbing up that high. He supposed that if they were really careful then they wouldn't be hurting anybody, well they might end up hurting themselves, but that wasn't too big of a worry if they were careful. Bellkit began searching for a new way up into the rafters. "We have to take a different path this time, otherwise it's boring. Maybe we could race each other!" He exclaimed as his eyes continued looking for a way to climb into the rafters.

Lightningkit nodded, then shook her head. "A different way, defandantly, but let's not race, just to be careful. Maybe we could both go different ways and pretend to be birds.

Bell kit nodded. He hadn't even considered that it might be dangerous to race the other kit. Once he figured he wasn't breaking any rules he wasn't too concerned about safety. The idea of pretending to be birds intrigued him though. "That sounds cool! I've never tried that before." He stated and laughed a little.

Lightningkit nodded and looked around fora while before shouting "Im a Falcon," and running off, carefully making her way, using a cracking indent in the wall to climb up.

As Lightningkit stated that she was a falcon Bellkit thought for a second before he giggled. "If you're a falcon then I'm going to be an owl!" He exclaimed before he raced over to a place, rather close to where she had begun climbing, that some sort of old twoleg tool was leaning against the wall. He used this to get a higher before he looked for something else to jump to.

Lightningkit looked down at Bellkot as he made his way up for a moment before continuing, coming to a narrow ledge. She was, of course, used to ledges like that, so decided to start crossing rather than turn around. It was probably dangerous to most cats, but she figured she had done it so many times and hadn't fallen in quite a while. Granted, there were some close encounters, br never had she fallen. She made it to where it opened up more and looked around, finding another, probably safer way to get up there and hoping Bellkit would use the wider bjt a bit more steep path. she didn't want him falling, Eve if she didn't care about herself. She waited for a moment to see where he would go, and if he would even try to get the the playform she had ended up on. (She is gonna be a tightroper some day.)

Bellkit watched his sister climb onto a thin ledge and smiled. And she was the one who said that they should be more careful! He looked around for a different route, not wanting to take the exact path as her, but found that if he wanted to get to a beam of wood crossing one of the walls then he'd have to use her tiny ledge to get there. He jumped off of the tool he was on and landed with a wobble on the ledge. He one paw kept slipping off everytime he tried to place it so instead he pushed off with the other three. He landed stomach first on the beam of wood and scrambled up onto the beam, making it, but just barely. He wasn't a very graceful owl.

Lightningkit giggled at Bellkits show. "Didn't I say to be careful?" she teased.

At his sister's words Bellkit shrugged. "I was careful enough that I didn't fall." He stated with a grin. His underbelly did kind of hurt where the wood had hit him when he landed, but he wasn't about to admit that to her. So far she was a better bird than he was an that was a little disappointing to him. He didn't like not being good at something.
