Tigerpaw He shrugged, That's right.. ha.. he thought, but at her question he warmed up. Instead of going along with it being a joke, he stuttered, "G-going well.. or.. sure?" he shut up right after, blushing a bit as he looked in the opposite direction.

The change in his body language made her purr in amusement, her tufted ears twitching. Stormpaw took the opportunity to explore her boundaries and gently swept her bushy tail against his back, easily making it seem accidental. "Aw, did I embarrass you?" She purred, sounding a little flirtier than usual. Recently, there was a noticeable change in her behaviour; she had become effortlessly and accidentally flirty and it often came on in the worst situations. Tigerpaw Tigerpaw blinked a few times, and he shook his head, "No.. No, I'm fine," he said. His paw shuffled a bit, "I'm alright," he mewed, still feeling very warm. He felt tense, and very embarrassed, I.. is she.. flirting?..

She purred and some of the fur on her back and haunches stood on end. For some reason his jumpiness made her laugh but she tried not to show it to avoid embarrassing him further. "Are you sure?" The shecat trailed the tip of her fuzzy tail over his right shoulder and down half his back. "Maybe calm down with the tensing, too. You look like you've just woke up with a badger's nose up your tail."

"Don't apologise, it wasn't a demand. I haven't got some freakish pet peeve for tense muscles." She purred, her paws kneading the ground. Again, the shecat was confidently- and accidentally- flirting. "Sooo, from that reaction, now I'm curious." Her lilac orbs flashed with mischief and her bushy tail brushed against his forearm. "Is there some secret little crush you haven't told anyone? Hm? You can tell me tho, cause we're besties and all," another purr rumbled in her throat.

Tigerpaw Tigerpaw nodded, and felt his muscles relax rather easily. "Oh.. no.. It's.. nothing, really.. No one." The tom did his best to try to be convincing, but he wasn't very sure about it.

Stormpaw released a final purr of amusement, then perked her ears, using their large size to an advantage. She could vaguely hear that his heartbeat had sped up to just above regular. "What don't you want me to know?" The apprentice faked a pout, flattening her tufted ears to appear fragile and smaller. "Do you not trust me?" It was obvious that she wasn't actually upset, but now the curiousity had kicked in strong and she wasn't going to be easily distracted from finding out who it was.

Her face lit up in a smile and her whiskers twitched in amusement. She touched her nose to his shoulder affectionately and let out a long purr of amusement. "You're so serious, I wouldn't pressure you into telling me, don't worry." Stormpaw paused and then her left ear twitched, "but if you don't mind sharing it would be well appreciated because the anticipation is KILLING me." The shecat smiled and let her pelt brush against his.

Tigerpaw Tigerpaw sniffed a bit, and tried to act cool, "Sharing it?.. Sharing what?" he mewed, knowing that wouldn't do the trick, and might put him in a more vulnerable situation. He realized he was still blushing, and tried to calm that down, also.

"Sharing what? Yeah because you forgot the conversation we're having." She purred in amusement and swayed her tail, occasionally brushing it against his back and side accidentally. The shecat got a little closer, so their fur was just vaguely touching, then she stretched out and whispered in his ear, "As if. Soooo, who's the beaming little love interest, then?" Stormpaw pulled away from him a little, for personal space reasons and to avoid looking excessive and irritating. "I wont judge you; promise." Her lilac eyes brightened with inquisitivity and she winked at him, as if they had some huge secret between them.

Tigerpaw Tigerpaw huffed, and decided to try to counter it, "I'll tell you.. only if you say your's first." He didn't really find that there was a chance that she didn't have a crush, but he assumed she did.
