(Alright, so I want you to please keep your post count to a 20-word-minimum! Consider it part of you "training" :> If you have any questions feel free to ask me, I'm all ears <3) Willowleaf waited by the fresh-kill pile, having picked out two decent sized squirrels for breakfast with his new apprentice. They glanced towards the apprentice's den, wondering if @fallensong would be able to get up by herself or not. The tabby knew that during their apprenticeship they had always needed Sageleaf to come and wake them up. If she doesn't arrive soon I'll go and wake her, Willowleaf thought, content with waiting in the early morning light.

(Sageleaf... I miss my sister, I should force her to come on.) Fallenpaw had managed to get herself up bright and early. She had eaten and was getting her meat in a clean order when her mentor entered the clearing, and she hurried out to meet the older cat. "Good morning Willowlead."

(!!! It would be nice to RP with her again, last time I went inactive right in the middle of a CloudClan visit between her and Willowleaf (=n=) It's cool that you two are sisters though!) "Good morning," the pale tabby mewed back brightly, standing up and giving a small stretch, "you ready to head out? We've got a long day ahead, lost of walking, so make sure you've had a good breakfast! Oh, and if you get tired during any part of the tour just tell me and we can take a break." Willowleaf smiled gently at Fallenpaw, excited to start the day.

(I'll tell her that. It may help my goal of getting her active.) "Yes ma'am." she responded simply. She had already eaten, and figured that she wouldn't get tired along the way, and if she did Shen would tough through it.

(Yay :3) Willowleaf couldn't hold back a grin, "you can just call me Willowleaf, no need for formalities," they mewed. They weren't a particularly dysphoric cat, which was good or else they might've been bothered by being called "ma'am". Instead the tabby found it rather amusing, having never been mistaken for a she-cat before. Well, actually they probably had been as an apprentice. Even though Willowleaf was born with the body of a tom they still appeared rather feminine. "Let's get going then!" they trotted out the camp entrance, giving Fallenpaw a second to get a look at the territory for the first time. "We'll be starting our territory tour with a visit the to the stone forest, which is our border with IceClan," the tabby mewed, "it'll take us a bit of time to walk there. Why don't you tell me what you've learned about IceClan on the way?"

"Alright Willowleaf." she's said with a half smile. "Iceclan live on a mountain. I do believe they have a lot of big birds. That's really it." she thought for a moment before nodding. "Yep, that's all I know about them."

"That's right," Willowleaf mewed with a warm smile. "IceClan is one of the two clans that make their home in the mountains, the other being RockClan. We don't share a border with RockClan though. A few other things you should know about IceClan is that they just got a new leader and deputy; Fallenstar and Cinderflame. Hopefully we'll be able to start a good relationship with them during this upcoming gathering. IceClan has been gone for a few moons, due to an avalanche that pushed them out of their territory, but Fallenstar lead them back nearly a moon ago," the tabby looked up as they approached the border, "this is the stone forest, which marks our border with IceClan," they gestured towards a patch of land ahead where large boulders began to appear, as well as fallen trees. "be careful, the ground here has lots of sharp pebbles. You're paw-pads might get cut on them until you've built up some callouses. The border here isn't that well defined, and before IceClan was gone we used to have frequent fights over who owned this part of the forest."

Fallenpaw simply nodded. She turned her gaze down to watch out for rocks while at the same time looking for any movement over the border. Being the untrusting cat that she was, she expected someone to jump out and attack her, if not from the Iceclan territory then from her own home known as a forest.

Willowleaf noticed their apprentice's unease. "Don't worry," they reassured, "we have no quarrels with IceClan, and their border patrols have been infrequent due to the change in leadership. It's unlikely that we'll run into any other patrols," the tabby looked towards the border, "actually it's rather uncommon to run into other clan cats during border patrols... Now, lets continue. We'll have to walk through the marsh on our way to the RockClan border. It may be hard to walk through, we'll have to wade through some water as well, if it starts getting difficult just tell me and I can give you a badger ride until we get to a place that's easier to travel through," Willowleaf mewed. Just past the marsh was a large lake, dubbed the slumbering lake, where the tabby figured they'd stop their tour and take a short break.

Fallenpaw nodded. She knew that was probably true, but she was still figuring out how she felt about her own clan. She had figured acctually leaving a few times, but where in the world would she go? She knew even less about life out there other than the fact that they were much worse. Then again, maybe that wasn't the worst thing. At least she knew they weren't pretending to be her friend just so they could betray her. Though she didn't trust other cats she wanted to, and every time she started drawing close to a cat, she found herself turning away. She made through the lake absently, not even paying attention to whether or not her legs were complaining.

Willowleaf trudged through the muddy marsh, glad when they spotted the slumbering lake up ahead. "We'll take a break once we reach that lake up there," the tabby pointed out the lake to the she-cat. "That's the slumbering lake, it's the deepest body of water in TreeClan territory. It's a nice place for a swim as long as you're careful," they slowed to a stop as the the lush flowerbed that surrounded the perimeter of the lake began to form under their paws. Willowleaf gladly lapped at the cool waters of the lake, purring as the crisp water ran through his throat.

Fallenpaw nodded at the introduction to the lake and, curious, tossed a rock in to see how deep it was. She couldn't see the ripples of the rock or hear it when it landed so she knew it was really deep. "No kidding about being careful." she muttered as she strolled over to take a drink of the water with Willowleaf.

Willowleaf nodded, lapping at the water for a minute or so before sitting up and wiping their muzzle clean with their paw. "We'll have to cross over the fern gully to get to our first border," the tabby said, hoping that this wouldn't be too scary for the apprentice. "One day I will take you into the gully, it's important to know how to hunt their since it runs through the middle of our entire territory, but today we will have to cross over the top of it using a tree bridge up ahead. It can be scary your first time, but this is one of the older tree bridges, it's the widest one in the territory, and as long as you pay attention to how I cross it you'll be safe," Willowleaf pointed ahead on the trail with his tail, "we can leave once you're ready."

Willowleaf gave their apprentice a skeptical look, hoping that she wasn't pushing herself. "Alright, but just tell me if you need to take a break, okay?" the pale tabby began to lead Fallenpaw towards the tree they had been telling her about, stopping when they got to the edge of the fern gully. They looked over the edge. "I'm going to cross over the tree bridge first, to show you how it's done, then I'll come back. Then you can go, and I'll follow right behind you. I doubt you'll need me to spot you, but it's better to be safe than sorry--especially on your first time."
