I do not know where I come from, I do not know where I'm going  rilian sat up suddenly and blinked a few times. "really?" she asked rose, surprised. "that would be... super cool, i think. who leads it now?" she wondered if the person who lead deathclan is strong, or just leading because others won't step up to try to take the place, though the leader is weak.
rilian waited for an answer before she told rose what she thought, though. she might also give a description for the leader. I only know, that if I continue, I will not be able to return |

Rose shrugged. She spent a lot of time listening and watching other cats, but hadn't talked to them much. "His name is Pain, and as far as I've seen, he's done nothing as a leader." Rose knew that she would be better than him, the position just called to her, in a way that she hadn't felt before. "When IceClan was living here, DeathClan did nothing. We just let them eat our up our prey.. We didn't try to chase them off, or anything."

"i bet you would be a better leader," she told rose, and it was true. somehow, pain sounded like he wanted to be leader, and no other cat wanted to, so they were all okay with him. "Cool, I think I'll give it a try." Rose spoke casually, but her pale eyes were glinting unusually, and there was an icy air about her.
She stretched, arching her back and digging her long, sharp claws into the ground before straightening and looking at Rilian. "You'd be allowed to join if you want, and I can promise it'd be nothing like IceClan." Rose flicked an ear, adding, "But if you don't, that's fine with me."

"i dont think im ready for that," she meowed. being in deathclan, the cats were cruel. they lived by no rules and no laws. of course, rilian was doing something close to that, but not exactly.
she still wanted to wander, explore out of what was known to the cat. she wanted to see beyond the mountains of iceclan, past the buildings by twolegs, and further than the trees of treeclan. she smiled at rose, "but thank you for the offer, maybe someday." "That's alright." Rose said genuinely, warmth in her gaze. IceClan was no longer her home, but she still felt some sense of familiarity with Rilian.
If Rilian wanted to be a loner, that was fine with her. Rose wanted to settle down and be the leader of a reformed DeathClan, and that certainly wasn't the life for everyone. Clearly, Pain had shown that not every cat was a natural-born leader.
She licked a paw, drawing it over her ear. "I hope you're satisfied, whatever it is that you end up doing."

"Perhaps I'll change my name. 'Rose' isn't too intimidating, is it?" She suggested casually with the flick of her tail. She also wanted to sever all ties she had to her former clan-life, and even half of her former name felt like too much.

"I like Thorn. Rosethorn would be cool, but I'm not going to take a clan name." Rose sneered slightly. If she were going to do that, then she would might as well become Rosestar and get nine lives to go with it. "Maybe something poisonous. Like Nightshade."
