Pipitkit wrinkled her nose. "They would look very mousebrained." The tortoiseshell and white kit commented. Pipitkit then shrugged. "I don't know, maybe they consider it 'fun' to jump into a freezing river." She let out a small giggle before she started thinking of the game they were playing. Pipitkit leaped, pretending to pin down an imaginary warrior. She swiped at the air as if she was fighting. "Yeah go run!" Pipitkit exclaimed, pretending that the imaginary warrior was running away from her.

Plumkit scrunched up her nose. She thought water was pretty, but jumping into it? Blech! She shook out her curly pelt, as if just thinking about jumping into a river had made it wet.
The white kitten turned to her own imaginary enemy. "Stay away from my sister!" she mewed sternly, batting her paws furiously at the "RockClan warrior". No way was she letting any cat hurt her family!

Pipitkit then spoke up. "We are winning!" She squeaked happily before launching herself at an imaginary "RockClan Warrior". "Don't you dare mess with FireClan!" Pipitkit exclaimed, swiping at the air. "If you hurt my sister! You better watch out!" The she-kit was very protective of her family.

"Yay!" Plumkit cheered, hearing that they were winning against their imaginary opponents. She continued to bat and stab at the RockClan warriors, then furrowed her brow. "You don't think we're hurting them too bad, do you?" she called over to Pipitkit.

Pipitkit continued to swipe at the air and pounce on moss-balls all around the nursery. Yes the two kittens were making a mess but the she-kit didn't really care right now. "I don't think we are."

Plumkit's brow furrowed, but she nodded at her sister's words and when back to fighting, although she had lost some of her earlier zeal. She was beginning to get a little tired, huffing a bit as she moved. "Do you think we've almost fought them all off?"

Pipitkit smiled, nodding to her sister. "RockClan is beaten! They are retreating!" She squeaked loudly before sitting down, panting. "That was fun but I feel soooo sleepy now."

Plumkit stopped her fighting, panting a bit. "Yay!" the little she-kit jumped up and down happily, bouncing herself over to Pipitkit. "We win! We win!" she plopped down next to her sister, gradually sliding onto her belly, "mmhmm," she agreed, rolling onto her back and looking up at her sister, "I could go for a nap." Plumkit gave a wide yawn, proving her point.

Pipitkit nodded, opening her jaws to yawn. She was tired from all the games she had played and sure could use a nap. "Let's go then." She meowed sleepily, trotting towards her mother's nest

"Okay," Plumkit nodded with a wide yawn, feeling really drowsy facing the prospect of a good nap. She grinned, picking up the scent of Fawnskip. She loved the way her mother smelled, it always made she-kit happy and relaxed.
