Swanfrost narrowed her eyes at him, then grinned. "Chicken." She drew the word out, cocking her head to the side. She wanted to know. Although she doubted tainting him would make him talk, if anything he would leave. Or attack her. Both were bad.

Loki wondered why she wanted him to talk about himself so badly. Maybe it was the fact that she had never met anyone outside the clans before, and he interested her. Well, he wasn't going to share his past with someone he just met. "Just give me a reason why I shouldn't attack you," he said. She was starting to get on his nerves a bit, but it wasn't enough for him to attack. In fact, he thought it silly if they did start fighting.

Swanfrost blinked, tensing slightly. "In a fully trained warrior, don't underestimate me." She warned, raising her eyebrows with slight annoyance. She refused to let him intimidate her.

Loki sat back, getting the reaction he wanted. She had tensed, so he suspected she had become just a bit afraid, even if she didn't want to tell herself that. He smiled, but still, a bit evilly. He had no intentions of fighting her. His pelt was already messed up, even if the scar was small. He didn't want another too soon. He cast a quick glance to his right shoulder, then he looked back at Swanfrost.
"If your so eager to learn about me, I first must know some things about you. What is your story?" He stuck his claws into the dirt and raked the earth, before pulling them up and letting the clumps fall off his paw. "It's reasonable enough." He barely leaned in a bit, and gave a smirk.

Swanfrost narrowed her eyes at him. He was obviously trying to scare her, so she forced her muscles to relax. Despite this her guard was still up, and she would be ready if he suddenly attacked. "I asked you first." She stated childishly. "Besides, why should I believe you? You could easily just not tell me, or lie." She pointed out, her muzzle wrinkled in annoyance. He had given her no reason to trust him, and besides, she didn't tell her life story to strangers.

Loki sighed. "I could," he said. "But why would I tell someone I just met my life story? Its not for their ears to hear." He smiled, she probably felt the same way, since she turned into a spike ball about it. Of course she couldn't trust him, in fact, anyone would be a fool to ever trust him. He didn't even expect his family to trust him, not after what he did. He smiled at her, she probably wondered who he was and what he had done. Right now, he was a talking brick wall. All she knew of him was his name, but then, isn't that all he knew of her?

Swanfrost snorted. "And you expected me to tell you my life story?" It wasn't really a question, more a bewildered statement. She knew nothing about this tom. He could be a phychopathic killer for all she knew, and soon he would try to lure her over the border so he could slit her theist on loner territory. She flicked her ear, as if her creepy thoughts had lodged there. She wanted to get to know him, but how? This could very well be there only meeting. It probably would be, they obviously weren't bonding over anything right now.

Loki gave a sigh. It seemed as if they would get nowhere unless he told at least a little of his story, and so he began.
"I was born into a clan with a name you wouldn't understand, so I'm not going to say it." He nearly hissed out these words, unwanting to tell anymore. "My father, Lightningstrike, was a warrior unmatched by all. Not one could beat him in battle. My mother, Featherbreeze, had the truest of all hearts. Her greatness was known throughout the land. I have a brother, Grayfang, and a sister, who was then known as Willowsong."
Loki stopped to look at Swanfrost. Surely, she would at least believe him now. He had no hopes of continuing. He certainly didn't want a stranger to know his full story when even his sister didn't know all of it.
He knew this information was virtually useless, unless she actually knew who these cats were. But, as Loki most certainly knew, she didn't know them. No one this far from his clan could know them. The had never travelled this way. They had never heard of these lands.

"What do you mean 'a name I wouldn't understand'?" Swanfrost couldn't help but feel offended. Did he think she was too stupid? Either way, she wanted to know what it was. She listened to his story intently, wondering just how honest he was being. She was never good at reading other cats, that was Brightwings specialty. Her stomach churned at the thought of her friend. "Why aren't you in your clan now? Was your clan Fireclan? Are you here to visit a family member? Or maybe an old friend?" She wiggles forward slightly in her excitement, over the border now. She didn't even notice.

Loki smiled at her, she was asking the perfect questions. He had also noticed she crossed the border into loner territories, though he didn't much care for the border, anyway.
"If you thought my name was weird, I couldn't explain my clan's name. I left because I was a foolish cat back then. I was not born in Fireclan, but a clan probably much greater. I know no one who lives here."
((maybe Loki and Sky could meet up again. i have all these threads were cats only met once, and they are forever stuck as acquaintances. he needs more friends or enemies.))

"Then which clan?" She questioned, not bothering to get annoyed at the fact he said 'a clan which was probably much greater'. Realization began to hit her, and instantly a mask of cold took of her expression. This was a loner. And there was a very god chance he was dangerous. Finally noticing she was over the border she took a slow step back, once again on Fireclan grounds. She had to remember to keep her distance, both emotionally and physically.
(Definitely. Perhaps they could become friends? There personalities didn't clash too much..)

nightmares ((sure. he's not getting too many friends at the moment. :3 he's quite unpopular))
Loki make a fake face of hurt as he noticed she moved back across the border. He dodged the question by asking one himself. "Is something wrong?" He then gave another smile.

"Which clan?" Swanfrost repeated, ignoring his question. He was lying. The way he was acting... it was just off. Who knows what else he was ting about.
(Cool, could you make it?

Loki looked up at the stars. The stars reminded him of so many things. As an apprentice, he was taught to navigate by the stars. Every apprentice had to learn that to become a warrior. He shrugged and lowered his head. "I wouldn't exactly call it a... clan."

"Then what would you call it?" The only thing Swanfrost could think of was Deathclan. But, as far as she had heard, they didn't have clan names.
