"If I told you, you would think I'm insane." Loki put it simply. He wondered which clan she thought it was, so he tried to clear her thoughts a bit. "I've journeyed a long way from there. It's not near this area in anyway. It took me nearly a years worth of travelling to even get to this area from my home."
He couldn't tell her the name, though. He, personally, thought it was weird. He only wondered what she would think. He sighed, and looking at her face. Maybe he would just tell her, there was no harm in it. Besides, it was meant to be his clan, he was going to rule it. And he had, for a short while. |

"I already think you're insane." Swanfrost pointed out, eyeing him warily. Why couldn't he just tell her? Was it really that crazy? And why had it taken so long? Perhaps Swanfrost had never even heard of it. Then she would really think that he was nuts.

"Sunclan," he said. He didn't indicate that it was his clan name, but maybe she would take it as it. Anything he told her would make no sense, and he didn't even really want to speak of it. If he did, he would go to his sister.

Swanfrost took in the clan name with interest. "Why aren't you in it anymore?" She pressed, highly doubtful he would answer her in the first place.

Swanfrost shrugged. "Sucks to suck." There was no empathy in her voice. She had no idea what exactly happened with his brother, though she didn't feel like pressing. She looked behind her, wondering how this would end. Either they would end on good terms, end on decent tees, or they would end up fighting.

Loki hissed. "I have no pity or feelings for my brother. He was an arrogant leader and an even worse sibling." He had already told his cat too much about his life. He flicked his tail impatiently. She had told him nothing of herself, and yet he had told her lots of things, or at least it seemed that way. |

"Is that why he kicked you out? Because you didn't agree with his ways?" Swanfrost found that when she assumed things about others, they felt the need to tell her how she was wrong. All she was trying to do was squeeze ever bit of information out of him. It seemed to be working.

Loki hissed at her. "I know what your doing, but I hardly care anymore. Just stop pretending you want information and ask for it." He hardly cared anymore. It wasn't as if she could hunt him down and kill him because he told her some of his past. "He didn't kick me out. I took the place for myself, I lead the clan for a short while, until he convinced me to leave and we left together. I have no idea where he went, but he's not in our old clan anymore. My sister has been searching for him." |

Swanfrost was surprised by his small outburst, but admired his bluntness. "Well if you were leader, then how did he manage to convince you to leave? How did you get separated?" She chose her words carefully, not wanting to sound accusing.

Loki sighed. "He tricked me," he said and let out a laugh. Oh, his brother, the blunt, arrogant jerk, tricking the trickster of them all. It was a strange thing, and Loki was surprised he didn't see it while it was happening. |

Swanfrost was rather confused. Loki didn't come off as someone who could easily be tricked. "Well, why didn't you ever go back?" Swanfrost knew this conversation had to end soon, though she was just so intrigued! She wondered what Oceanstar would say if he caught her calmly chatting with a loner. One who was fairly close to her borders no less. She subtly looked around herself to make sure he wasn't around.

Loki gave her a slightly sad look. Then, he nearly frowned. "I couldn't," he said. This was the confusing part. He couldn't go back, because the gatekeeper wouldn't let him in. |

Swanfrost wanted to know more. But soon, other cats would notice her abscense. She had been gone far too long. "Look, I have to go but.... we should talk again sometime." She doubted he would actually want to.

Loki nodded. "You'll probably see me again," he said ominously. He then stood and smile, "You wouldn't want to be missed." Then he turned and padded a few tail lengths away, perhaps not entirely leaving yet because he was waiting for her to say one more thing. If she didn't say it, he would. |
